    Great video! I met you at GPL summit and also really enjoyed your book. I recommend it all the time to other coach and clients.

    the best remedy for me was using a netti pot daily, as well as a nebulizer with Himalayan salt. start from the top down.

    Thank you so much for your work. Short Q: In your book you mention taking melatonin together with Q10 to help recover from "foggy brain" symptoms. Could you please give an indication for the duration of this treatment? 20Mg a day is quite a lot and does seem to affect energy levels during the day.

      Thanks for the question. In my patients, if they get groggy, it usually means the dose is too high, or even that maybe melatonin isn't the needed nutrient. I usually don't recommend it longer than 3months at that high of a dose. Your body is wise and will often tell you what it needs.

    I have mold in my house but it's from trees I have so many trees around my house like sunshine can't get in and I also have ozone generator and UVC light that I use I'll treat the house periodically with the ozone generator it's supposed to kill all mold and mildew and viruses but I still have chronic sinus infections I'm on different kind of antibiotic all the time that's all the thing only thing my doctor knows to do so I'm going to find a homeopathic doctor to see what I need to do besides maybe moving out of my house completely or just taking everything out I washed the walls of bleach and water and I found mold going around the back door of my house when I had the covet virus I was quarantined so I was looking around and cleaning house and so I found mold growing on the back door and I cleaned it off there's a leakage and there's a lot of moisture and I realize that now that the trees I love my trees but I'm going to have to cut some of them down so the sun can come in and and give me some sunshine and kill the bacteria that's growing the mold that's growing outside cuz I have it on the inside too so tell me if you think that the ozone generator and the UVC lights that I use if they're helpful at all

    Washington state, they just let these houses half built, through out the rainy winters

      I’ve seen that too and thought the same thing. I’ve lived in WA most of my life. Mold has taken my life away.

    So I saw my comment from a year ago which makes me sad bc I still can’t find a safe place to heal in. Do you know of any professional relocation or real estate professionals that specialize in finding mold free homes for people?

      This makes me sad too. I don't. It's a real need! I wish someone would create a "mold registry" that shows previously water-damaged buildings so we Moldies know to stay away.

    Besides the nasal cavity... mold can't live inside the body?

    • @drjillcrista
      @drjillcrista  4 роки тому +6

      Yes it can, but usually a person has to be pretty immune deficient for this to happen. The sinuses are the most susceptible because they're the first point of contact with the mold toxins in the air.

      This show talks about fungal sacs growing in the body potentially being misdiagnosed.

      I think she's correct. I've been fighting toxic mold in me, which became level 10. I can feel a major difference just by using a nebulizer with Himalayan salt. I had the worst headache though, as it died off. I'll continue to do this
