I accidentally drew on a regular layer. Is there a way to convert that regulars layer into a video layer?

Hi! It seams impossible for me to import my videos... They are blacked out somehow. Do you have an idea why? I use the latest version of photoshop...
Try to enable the Timeline at Windows > Timeline 'V'
And use Import > Video Frame or something like that.
