Very nice explanation of this facet of the internal art. Much like consciousness itself, the scientific method cannot quantify, prove, or disprove the existence of it. It could be, just a possibility now, that the practice of Tai Chi may be something we can take with our consciousness when our lives on this plane end.
If you are one of the lucky folks who instantly fall in love with the art, taking to it like a duck to water, perhaps your soul has experienced Tai Chi before. Just a thought, just a speculation.
One thing is for sure. We are lucky to be living during the time when Chen Zhonghua is here to explain and share the depth of the art with those of us who do not speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
