  • In this video I show you a quick and easy concept of how to combine a chair with a backrest and a table. A dry and comfortable seat and a raised table top are very valuable in many outdoor situations.

It looks like that same structure could be used also as a camp latrine. That kind of seat looks much more comfortable and sturdier than the typical branch tied on two tree trunks over the pit.

Hi Felix, what separates you from many other excellent bush crafters is your realistic approach. We are not spending the next 10 years in the woods, rather we want something that really works but uses minimal resources of material, time and effort and when done can be added to your last campfire. Brilliant!!

    Hallo Felix,
    Klaus

    • @FelixImmler
      @FelixImmler  Рік тому

Hallo Klaus, danke für dein Feedback! Was Du schreibt ist schon wahr....

On my walking stick/pole I have rolled a couple of decimeters of duct tape, iron and brass wire and over three meters of paracord into a grippy area and on the top end I have attached a small compass. I'm also thinking of making a hole in the bottom so I can fit a long nail.
    More suggestions are welcome.
A walking pole can be used as an *_inertia compass_* as it keeps the same direction as the one you have set by holding on the center of gravity when you've selected your intended course.
    Also called a "Swedish compass"
