This was interesting to watch. I can get white flesh pomelo in the UK, but usually just during the winter months. I tried it a couple of years ago and found it nice. Took some to my dad, who'd never tried it before. He loved eating grapefruit, and really liked the pomelo. Might try some of the recipes I've seen, and not just eat it raw.
