Installing Lightweight Roof Tiles Around A Velux Window | Lightweight Tiles Ltd

Our plastic stone dust Lightweight Roof Tiles are simple to install and simple to cut to size. In this video clip, the installers needed to trim the tiles to accommodate a Velux Roof Window. All the cutting and trimming was carried out with an angle grinder. Simple and quick results.
Context: This roof is on a holiday chalet in the forest of Dean. The roof is fully insulated with airgaps to allow for air flow. Then the roof has been covered with a breathable membrane, then air gap, then Fireboard; then battened and finally lightweight stone dust roof tiles have been added.
