  • If you’ve been stiff from sitting all day for work here’s a 22 min gentle stretch that incorporates dynamic movement, mobility work for the shoulders, legs and hips, and a little bit of core activation. It finishes w neck mobility work. Hope you enjoy!

    Been traveling and this felt so good. I like how you remind us one side is different and that’s okay - helps keep me from getting into my head about the imbalances, while still being aware of them.
