20 Min Ankle Mobility Class

  • Here’s a 20 min class that aims to improve ankle mobility thru self massage, stretching and some activation drills. As always, work within a pain-free range of motion and identify whether you’re in pain (that’s bad, stop), or just discomfort (that’s ok, breathe thru it).

    Thank you Candace! This was some really good self care, and I found a few tight places I wouldn't have otherwise thought to get with the foam roller/therapy ball.

    Didn’t really think this would benefit me as I was doing it tbh since there wasn’t much beyond minor twinges. But damn, I stood up after and there was a noticeable difference in how everything in my lower body felt, not just ankles and feet. Thank you!

    This was perfect timing. I tweaked my ankle the other day, simply because I moved it and it was too tight. It already feels much better having done these exercises once through
