    Angiotensin II receptor blockers
    Calcium channel blockers
    Alpha blockers
    Alpha-2 receptor agonists

    6. Blood thinners
When you are on blood thinners, particularly warfarin you always have to be careful because it has a very narrow therapeutic index which means any small change in dose or blood concentration can cause serious adverse effects. There is no evidence that Ashwagandha interacts with warfarin however you still need to be careful. Speak to your doctor before taking it.
If you are taking any medications, particularly the ones I mentioned above, it’s always best to check with your Doctor before taking Ashwagandha.
Note: this is not a complete list but gives the most common examples.
