Honestly, I'm not sure. I've been having fun with both FOB and Bladestorm. I need more practice on the FOB build before i can truly say which i like more. Can't go wrong with bladestorm tho that's always fun to me.
It's a weakaura called 'Spell Reflect Essentials'. Another weakaura called 'Spell CDs on Nameplates' is helpful to know when to spell reflect on certain mobs.

If you mean the dps numbers above enemy nameplates, the addon I use is called 'Nameplate Scrolling Combat Text'
