It has been one of my dreams for a long time too. I have been housebound for five years. But before this one of my jobs was caring for a lady with dementia. It was the most rewarding job I’ve ever done. I also looked after my mum. Now my uncle has Alzheimer’s, and is in a care home. So, it was always my dream to have a family run care home with all the necessary support they need.
If there is anything I can do to help from my laptop or phone from home. Please let me know.

I have skills across all the adobe stuff photography videography and a degree in furniture and product design. My dream is to start my own business. Everyone says I have ever aspect of entrepreneur. But, I’m so overwhelmed with deciding which path to go down. I just love all these different things. Any advice would be amazing. Much love

Question I would have asked Molly when she talked about her care home job that amazed her. during Covid-19. If that job was so amazing, how is it that she left the job and isn't in a related job now?
Can only speak from my own experience but I worked with a company that supported young adults with severe autism. I underwent all the training and it raised a lot of questions and concerns for me about how things were done in the place I was working. So much of the time, after I raised these concerns, they were explained away and given no more thought. About 6 months later, one of the people I was supporting took a real behavioural turn for the worse. If management had listened to my concern from the start this probably could have been prevented. It was constantly happening. I was coming home from work every night in bits because I wanted to help these people but was constantly being pushed aside by management. In the end I decided I couldn’t do it anymore because it was taking such an emotional toll on me so I left. Wasn’t an easy decision. I felt like I was abandoning the people I was caring for but I just couldn’t go on with it. I’d imagine Molly had a similar experience. Especially with her wanting every need to be catered for and possibly being met with crappy reasons why that couldn’t happen. Obviously I don’t know if that’s the case or not but it really wouldn’t surprise me
Coming dream true means coming back to high school life and dream or correcting the life that hopes missed.

That’s a big deal molly as the caring personality she doesn’t want anything for herself apart from making someone’s life easier or better or happier. Give without take she’s just what Simon looks for in person . But her commitment of nanny job she’s going to be heart broken she cares for people I assume on a regular basis letting go of them and that is going to leave a gap and heart broken she loves what she does but if she can push through that I can see a very successful woman she will be with your mentorship
It's funny watching this video, because I launched my own business with no support and I still heavily need it. I laughed when Molly said "I want weekends and evenings free" No.. This isn't how it works. You go in hard, you put in all you've got. You turn your dream into a reality. People who meet me ask "What are your hobbies"... 5 minutes down the line they find out that all my hobbies are for my business. Coding, Developing, Fixing AV Equipment, Making music... I'll be coming to see you simon to ring that doorbell. Just wait.
That's not what she said. When he asked if the money would allow her to dedicate time to her business, she then said she'd like to continue working full time and have evenings and weekends free for the business, but then agreed to dedicate all of her time.

Love Simmon’s content and message. Sometimes though, it really makes the class differences impossible to ignore.
Imagine it’s hundreds of years ago instead of the modern world.
Aristocrat goes into a store, immediately gets kicked out for breaking their rules. Instead of accepting the stated rules and moving on to a different store/location, ego demands they show the peasant who’s really in control.
He immediately establishes his authority as a member of the ruling class by speaking directly to her lord, being careful in his language to convey that he isn’t trying to get her disciplined or fired at this point. He clearly has that ability in this moment so he chooses his words carefully. He doesn’t want any blood on his hands yet, he’s just establishing that he could do it if he chooses to.
This display of power establishes his authority to everyone in the room and instills fear of consequences for anyone thinking of challenging the aristocrat’s authority in the future.
The aristocracy is a social class, not a working class and they haves large social network that will always help each other establish their authority over the peasant class, but they doesn’t mean they’re actually friends or will help each other beyond that. In fact they can actually be brutally competitive.
As if to prove this fact, the lord commands their subject to not interfere with the aristocrat’s important work regardless of rules being broken. Then the lord then learns that the aristocrat is just trying to convince the lord’s peasants to rebel and defect out from under him.
The aristocrat speaks as if the peasants aren’t aware they are being exploited by their lord. He thinks they are an NPC in a holding state awaiting someone with a high enough net worth to finally explain to them that the peasant class is systematically disadvantaged and their lord doesn’t actually care about them and will coordinate with other lords to keep them down. As if they didn’t just witness it seconds prior.
I know it might not sound like it, but I love Simons content. Sometimes the ruling class just doesn’t realize when they are not looking very relatable.
The message of “anyone can do this” gets muddled when you see them not following rules others are expected to follow because they have such an extensive network of other rich influential people willing to help them out and let them ignore any inconvenient rules. Most people don’t have that, but it’s second nature for the privileged to leverage that ability to get ahead and stay ahead of the rest of us.

There are people with alot of business ideas, you could become their investor. And if you want to start your own exact business, first find your purpose/purpose of business, what your likes are and what you think/believe alines with your goals. You could take business masterclasses and visit other countries too. That might boost your flare for things
