What a beautiful movie start to finish. Just shows "opportunity " is all that's needed to have a chance in life.

The world needs to learn that everyone deserves a chance. No matter the difference of ethics and character, you only need to give an opportunity to someone to change their lives.

The movie did not make Michael “sound” or “look” stupid! That is merely one persons naive perception.

The movie isn’t bad so why does he hate it? He wasn’t dumb in the movie, he was just traumatized and needed someone who understood his struggles. The ultimate thing is the movie is inspiring.

Oher said he was involved in school plays as a fairly young child which means he was likely bright & creative.
The drama involvement also strongly supports his claim that he didn’t have problems with reading or language skills.
By his Senior Year of HS Oher was All American in Basketball and also participated in All American football games that year, too.
From a therapist’s perspective, I thought this movie made him look naive, and not at all like an All-American athlete.
So it makes sense he would be frustrated with how the movie depicted him.

He was a dominant DEFENSIVE lineman at the University of Mississippi? WTF HE WAS AN OFFENSIVE TACKLE?!

Yeah, he's " bright & creative" when it comes to making up *lies* about his past.

I don't think The Blind Side movie shows Michael Oher as being stupid, I think it shows him as being extremely shy. I think the love of the he was given especially by Leanne helped him become who he became and who he is today. I am saddened to hear that their relationship is now astranged.😢

Oher says the movie makes him look stupid. He missed the point of the whole movie. Besides, it's Hollywood. They over-exaggerate everything anyway.
