      Ann You are Welcome! I am a beginner and what I share is simply what I practice haha! It is great and inspiring to see a lot of experienced aerialists and gymnasts doing advanced tricks. It will never be me or the general folks that begin learning as an adult. I believe focusing on practicing the fundamental and basic is already very amazing for fun and fitness goals =) Hope you are having a good day and stay safe training!

      Hello Zacharie, Thank you for your questions! Unfortunately I am not a professional in rigging. Safety tip is to always have a spotter in your practice and use good quality safety matt. Thank you for this, Eunice! Any advice for a home rig? How high is your anchor? We have low ceilings and I am wondering if the KT aerial stand (which can go up to I think 8.6ft at its most stable setting) will be enough to set something outside? Also I'm super short (under 5ft) but doing the sitting measurement method, I'm 32.5". I saw different ways of deciding what size hoop to get, like add 2" for inner diameter or the height of your fist (~3.5-4") for outer diameter but none of those really add up, and I'm not sure if I should go smaller because my legs are so short or if I'll bonk my head? I appreciate your time! Thanks!

    Hi there!
    Great video!
    I have a tab less hoop that’s mounted inside my studio which has low ceilings. I’m curious to know the hardware that is attached to your hoop?
    I only have a sling and it’s a little long. I don’t have enough room for a swivel and 2 carabiners... curious to know what is it that you are using to rig up your hoop?
    Thanks!

    • @aerialpractice
      @aerialpractice  4 роки тому +1

      Hello Jennifer! Nice to meet you. The low ceiling is such a struggle (I know you can totally see it - I am practicing with a smaller hoop without much space), but I am glad that I am finding my way through it to keep practicing instead of giving up.
      I have 3 ways of putting my hoop up, depends on what I want to practice. In this video, I am directly hooking carabiners to a swivel, with the other ends attaching to my mount and the hoop. This is the only way for me to get maximum height if I want to do anything underbar. I have a 1m strap, which allows me to practice some top bar stuff. This week I am practicing at 0.5m strap, to practice a flow in the hoop, the video is coming out Saturday in case you want to see. Hope this helps =)
