I hate that BMTH gets so much criticism for the direction their music has taken. I feel like even all the way back with $uicide Season the current dynamics were already there. Especially from There is a Hell... onward. I just feel like they're making the music that they always wanted to make and it's a beautiful thing.

This is not Amo's first song, it's 'I apologise if you feel something.' It's necessary to point this out because this album starts with a very experimental and electronic song, which opens up to the most diverse range of genres on a BMTH album.

Not the first song off of Amo, but undeniably one of the highlights. The fact that this song is sandwiched between In The Dark and Medicine just goes to show how varied and monumental this album is for them.

You guys seem like the type who would immediately pick up on the key difference between the album and Royal Albert Hall versions of Avalanche. It’s my favorite change they made from album to live.
Drown was my first ever BMTH song and my favorite so far is KoolAide, they've gone on such a wild roller coaster of styles and influences. But I'm here for all of it! 😊

Doomed and Avalanche. Avalanche was already like, my 2nd favorite BMTH song but the RAH version is even better. I really enjoyed hearing Jordan Fish doing lead vocals on the chorus of that one.

It's my all time favorite metalcore track cause it's groovy, catchy, melodic and repeatable AF with a kickass breakdown and amazing lyrics.

I enjoy the old stuff, but I also love the newer stuff. Also, I feel like if you really paid attention to the old stuff you would hear that the current sounds were there already even back then. I view the change in sound not as being a divergence but rather as a fulfillment of what they always wanted to do.
