I would say the cold air (along with the exhaust) was also playing a factor with your power increase as well as not helping the tires getting traction. Defiantly time to get some street R tires! Enjoy watching your videos, keep up the good work!
Exactly!! I didn’t notice until after the video but it was some extra boost creep too 😂 probably from the same reasons of cold air and less Back pressure 😅 I hit like 12psi I and I’m used to 7 haha and definitely!! I’m getting ready for my 5 lug swap so I can have some better brakes but I’ve literally been killing my self trying to decide what I want for wheels 😅 and thanks for watching!!! Sounds good from the rear sound clip. I've also read chambered mufflers are a no go on turbo cars. I'm diggin that orange srt-4, i tried buying one brand new back in the day but ibwas to poor. Haha. My current daily is a 2017 focus st. I bought it stock with 1,500 miles. Now its Full bolt on, tuned and the stuff for a fun daily and I do alot of mountain road cornering with it.
I’m digging the exhaust! And that’s exactly what I read too that’s why I made the switch and I could definitely tell it made a massive difference! I love those little SRT4s their not fancy but their quick it’s a fun ride! Haha a beta full bolt on ST is a blast to rip around though too! That’s actually what I was going to get first but I was too poor to get a newer car that’s why I got the srt4 😂
Sounds really good and you are getting all the flow now . I wonder what it would sound like with some resonators on it. It will most definitely be louder at idle but shouldn't be too loud. Ill let you listen to them on my car when we race ill easily get out front and you can enjoy them for a super split second so you'll have to listen super fast because I will disappear stupid quick but ill stop at the 10mile mark so that you can catch up and listen to it idle 😆🤣😆🤣😁😆😝🤣😂😝😁🙃💪🏻

@@iamchazhaynes7074 😂🤣😂 yeah man electric cut outs will be really cool on there that way you can have the best of both worlds but keep the duals because it will fool ppl that tries to race you because everyone with a turbo only runs a single exaust so I like the idea that you are keeping duals because that is badass to me and I feel for the ones who think that knon j no are a easy target because that thing is nasty and it is not going to work out in their favor if they do try that thing. I finally got my heads put on my engine last night so its starting to come together again and I am ready for it to because I am ready to bang some gears 😁 Don't worry Ill help you put your doors back on because that thing is just too cool 💪🏻😁

Have you gotten the car dyno tuned yet? If not, are you planning to?
No 😅 I definitely plan on it soon! I need to get the rear done and the brakes done before it goes off to the dyno. I’ve been tight on money since I just purchased my first home so I’ve been doing what I can but it’s just been slow cause of it 😅

Yea that’s what I’ve been reading! Another side effect is crazy boost creep 😂 since theirs less back pressure the gate isn’t flowing enough I just ordered a 60mm gate that is going to relocate into the elbow of the crossover! 🥲
