    One of the things that people forget is that if you have auto-immune issues, your mast cells release a lot of HISTAMINE a cholinergic stimulant that no only keeps you up at night, but also can stimulate a LARGE amount of stomach acid. So part of getting your "hunger" in control is getting your allergies/histamine under control.

      Funny u say that, I’m thin low body fat and I have heart burn but I do have Hashimoto’s. I’ll get my hashi antibodies checked I guess.

    I have periods when my gut has this constant gnawing feeling and I'm always hungry/craving nutrients. I usually crave vegetables, cheese, chicken, around this time. I eat entire jars of beetroot and pickle when the cravings hit. I don't feel myself when I do this. Also, fermented food makes me feel ravenous- So I try to avoid them. I take supps that definitely help, but I can't eliminate it completely... especially around certain points in my cycle.

    Is there a way to find out do i have akkermansia or not? I heard if someone had appendicites, crohns disease and many other these people can be lacking many types of bacteria including akkermansia and many anaerobic bacteria both of these can not be find in any probiotic food, in the earth of plants etc. So is there some kind of a test to find out ?

    Dr. Gundry, I noticed that some of my supplements/vitamins contain "oranic brown rice," "organic rice hull concentrate," "medium chain triglycerirdes," soybeans or rice flour. Is it safe to take them or should I throw them away? Thank you very much.

    I eat all day long I don’t work anymore becomes I have to eat hourly so I’m on government assistance it’s about time I hear it’s ok to not work and it’s not my fault thank you I should get more monthly assistance for more food it’s not my fault
