It really puts into perspective how many projects mark is working on at one time. Every single month is a fantastic upload from him. He has to have an absolutely crammed schedule.
7:23 Imagine having this level of knowledge in your craft. That you can look at the physical process (the video) and deduce the issue from the abstract representation of that event (coding). All self-taught and executed, what a brilliant individual
Code isn't an abstract representation of the event. The code controls everything- the event is the abstract representation to the execution of code. And I'm pretty sure he just looked through the code and the IDE had a squiggly line under it so he removed - code editors do that to
I feel like you are probably the only person to ever accidentally almost make a precision guided missile, let alone whilst trying to make an egg survive going to space. Well done, these are always so interesting and funny.
I love how he thinks he's a really cool dad but his kids are embarrassed to be around him. Maybe he should focus on being a better father rather than just building weird science projects.
@DarkCoreX I'm not saying that he isn't talented at building things and making cool UA-cam videos that are obviously lucrative. But just putting food on the table isn't the same as being a loving caring father.

Seriously, the idea that he could land a spacecraft on Mars and then go play a show that night brings me so much joy!
I don't want to know how you build things. I want to know how you manage dozens of massive scale projects simultaneously. The multitasking is blowing my mind
Why even bother with all the time and expense to do this, since he already proved the egg won't break when it hits a mattress at terminal velocity. Wait, I know why. Because he has 12 million subscribers who want to see these videos. Lol
I may not know anything about physics or space stuff but I just loved this whole for all the dedication you guys put in this project from start to finish,it was so nice to see you guys smile in the end when, even when things didn't went the way you hope,it was successful. Great video, you guys are the best!
I would personally love a Mark Rober video instructing me on how to make a precision-guided thermonuclear intercontinental ballistic missile. But that may just be me.
I think this is one of my favorite videos. It shows the trial and error of engineering and how tedious and precise you have to be with these things. Like even a slight miscalculation can effect the entire thing. But it’s important to keep trying and not give up no matter how difficult it may seem.
Crazy how he still *monetized* the illegal content he confessed was illegal. Smaller youtubers wouldn't get away with that, but this guy knows people and has money so I guess it is okay

True
Code isn't an abstract representation of the event. The code controls everything- the event is the abstract representation to the execution of code. And I'm pretty sure he just looked through the code and the IDE had a squiggly line under it so he removed - code editors do that to
