Great video. Sorry about your loss. Your videos of the resort are the only ones I’ve seen and love them. I will have to stay there next time I’m in Hawaii.

Love the HI videos! Incredible editing....can imagine it must take forever to finish editing a video! Great storytelling as well, makes me want to stay at the Aulani,
So fun! Thanks for sharing. We’re going to the Aulani in a couple of weeks and we just love the Christmas merch y’all shared. We’re actually meeting our wedding planner this Aulani trip as we’re getting married at the Aulani next year through Disney Fairytale weddings! Your original Aulani videos convinced us to check out and stay at the Aulani last year and we fell in love with the Aulani and we knew we had to have our special day there ❤. We also ate at Michael Mina’s and it was great so def check it out for dinner.
Its amazing to see the differences between your trip two years ago and now. You were essentially just there so you're familiar with the area but it looks like you're still discovering and experiencing some things for the first time. Great times...
When I went t Aulani years ago for a massage booking, we spent the early afternoon at the beachside restaurant and the ONLY thing I can remember clear as day is a mocktail on the menu that was LITERALLY the most unforgettable part of my whole entire Hawaii trip called Lime in a Coconut. SO GOOD. But really, I love Aulani and hope to stay there one day! It was definitely a fun visit and their spa amenities were to die for!
It's so cool that there is so much to see and do within walking distance so you are not chained to the resort. As much as I love WDW if you don't have a car/car access it feels so hard to do anything off property.
omg just narrowly missed you guys! only got the chance to stop by Ko Olina and admire Aulani - definitely saving up to stay there one day. so happy you guys got to enjoy!! Mahalo!
The Monkeypod Restaurant is really good and there are 2 branches on the Big Island. I love it there! It’s a 20 minute drive for me. I love watching your videos.
This is Craig Dennis did you both have a nice safe thanksgiving me and my mom and my had a nice thanksgiving i watch your both new videos all the time and i in joy all of your both videos all the time👍👍👍👍👍
Love the channel. I think this might be one of my favourite videos. It has everything! Jokes, great tips, and heart! The quality is probably some of the highest I’ve seen for any Disney vlog. Trending toward cinematic! Thanks for making this amazing content available for free. With 0 click bait or hidden advertisements for scams.
I love all your videos, but I'll take this one as a good omen! Next summer I'm having a very small wedding in Hawaii. We are staying at Aulani, getting married at "secret beach" and having dinner after at Monkey Pod :D
I was watching your Aulani catalog last night, and I was inspired to order food from a Los Angeles restaurant called "ixlb Dimsum Eats." Bao and dumplings... I felt like I was right there with ya!
Aloha from Oahu you both are my favorite cuties ❤ love all your videos! your both authentic and REAL about every bit of your videos helps a lot w/ making decisions traveling period🥰 xoxox
I think secret beach is actually about 100 yards just around the bend of what is being called secret beach in this video which is just adjacent to 4 Seasons. If you head out to the street from Aulani and walk past the 4 seasons, you come across an empty parking lot. Cut diagonally across the parking lot and you'll see a 4ft wide path that leads to a beach with sea turtles swimming. It's about 2 feet deep at low tide but that's enough for the turtles to swim. I was just there 3 days ago... it's definitely worth checking out. It's just next to paradise cove.
Nothing better than Fried Spam,Fried Potatoes and Beans! Lived on this while husband and I were stationed in Army in Germany in 1971..lol. Years later I found out Hawaiians love Spam..
Aww, Kitra. I’m not sure if my mom and I know each other’s favorite songs, but I’m going to make a point to talk about it with her. Thanks for the reminder.
OMG I knew it was you! I didn't know if I should've mentioned UA-cam to you guys but I instantly thought about this chanel while we were out on the water. Thank you for being my shark cage buddies!
Fun fact: Pineapple on pizza was started in Canada. Another fun fact: It ABSOLUTELY deserves to be a pizza topping no matter where you are! Looked great!
I am loving all of the Duffy merch. I live in Indiana and weirdly enough a family friend has this giant barn sale every year and my mom JUST found me a Mickey ear hat from WDW there but it literally has Duffy on it with a whole assortment of other disney characters! The best part is that they were 10cents.
@OrdinaryAdventures I was thinking the same thing. I'm trying to figure out when they were released but haven't been successful yet. They even have the Sorceror Mickey hat on them. The only problem is that even if they were worth money, I'm not sure I can part with them especially when I only paid 10 cents for them. 😅
I love the Monkeypod Kitchens too. They have them on several islands and I go every chance I get. The mai tais, pizzas and fish tacos are wonderful. I'll have to try the coffee shop in January. The pineapple chews are very good. I buy multiple bags. 😆
Nice video. Love the shopping. The 4Seasons hotel is beautiful. Thanks for all the great info. Cheers!! (Peter Christmas is coming go back and get the necklace).
Nice to visit off season - we were there over New Years and the first week of January. Everything was incredibly busy at the resort and across the street. Monkey Pod and the Mexican restaurant wait times were nearly two hours - just a little FYI. ABC was awesome and great food, but also very busy.
We’ve been going to Koolina for more than 20 years. It’s so beautiful. We always stay at the Marriott Vacation Club which is a few lagoons away. Their frozen Mai Tai at Longboards, is the best…Also, there is a Costco nearby. If you don’t have a rental car, use a ride-share like Uber or Lyft.

The Island Country Market is awesome! Love their musubi’s (not only spam but katsu and teriyaki versions also). Did you end up trying one? Their Dole Whip is excellent too. 🤫 The Aulani Hula Story show is great! And as a dancer with a mainland hula hālau, I can attest to its authenticity! Really enjoyed the oli (chant) and the use of traditional hula implements! 👍🏼🌺
I made the same as steak you guys did about trying to access secret beach from the 4 season side. You have to access it from the front and the sidewalk and cut through the loo out parking lot. You'll find the public access path and public parking spaces and then it's there the water is calm and it's very nice. You guys are very close tho.
Here’s a dad‘s pro tip about the secret beach. If you are a strong winner, decide to go in, there’s very sharp underwater coral about 6 feet into the water. We sadly just left a lot, but I have a few cuts on my feet and these as memories. 😂 The waves were huge on Black Friday, so it was worth it!
Love all your tips. We will be at Aulani in April. Did you find Target to be very expensive or would you just recommend the ABC store across the street for drinks and snacks? Can’t wait to meet you both someday. You’re are favorite!
Hey, not fair! I just started a change to my diet, because I've gone to a different diabetic medicine regime. And I just made it through Thanksgiving without blowing away my blood sugar! Too much food! Ok, if I can't eat it, at least I can watch. Oh, and the merchandise was very cool. I loved the view of the other resort (yeah, you guys are very fair!) and especially the secret beach.
29:00…While they may not have filmed White Lotus at That particular Four Seasons, THEY DID actually film the Hawaiian scenes from, of all things, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 at this Four Seasons!! (We saw the movie only about three weeks before visiting, so we were kind of stoked to recognize A LOT of the hotel grounds!)
I love Turtle Chips! In New York City it's available in many places though I usually get them from H-Mart, a chain of Korean Grocery Stores. Try them if you get a chance. Really, really good!
