Great video with awesome editing and explanation of the CS and P. I've🎉 owned all the Staccato's except for the XL. My favorite is always going to be the XC.
Great video and a very humble accurate review. Refreshing without all the typical style reviews. I own the P, XC, CS, and C2 all DLC coated. I really like them all and each one shoots and handles differently. If I am just wasting ammo and shooting I prefer the XC. I have never had a misfire or malfunction on any of them and I’ve shot thousands and thousands of rounds through them. I prefer carrying my C2 over the CS and I feel more confident with the C2 also, however, the CS seems to be made better in some way especially when I rack the slide. If I buy another I may go with the XL over the C because I like to shoot the bigger guns the most and I prefer the steel frame staccato’s over the aluminum frame smaller ones. They are all great and I’m very pleased with them, but I also like many other brands that range in low to high prices.
It’s wild how many go straight to Staccato with minimal shooting experience or training. The CS is a massive upgrade over the other compact striker fired guns. Even my p365XL with an Icarus Ace Macro frame. Safety on this pistol also. It isn’t even close really. Adding a light helps and doesn’t beat your support hand up like a light on a p365.. some Magwell options out there that will help getting a better purchase on the gun from the holster.
I have a p365xl with Pmm comp. Icarus macro frame. Pretty much a compensated XXL 365. It’s much better than a staccato cs… I have the cs and the c2. The trigger is better on the staccato but that’s about it. Stock 365 trigger is more than capable.
@@SnD340you don’t own the guns you say you do. That or don’t shoot much. Until you have a metal frame on your p365 you don’t have anything that compares. Period. The PMM and Herrington comps work pretty good. The built in comp in the sig slides is snake oil. I have really large hands. Keeping a solid grip on the polymer framed 365’s is almost impossible. I carried the xl grip with a katana magwell for a year.. Macro frame with an aftermarket palm swell back strap helped some. The game changer was the Icarus Ace Macro frame. Completely changes the way the gun feels are runs.
@@PnP-td1mt did you not read that my 365 has the Icarus precision XXL macro frame. Meaning it fits the surefire x300. I have all these guns that I stated. Staccato is better overall but the built 365 is “better” for a fraction of the cost. An Icarus macro with a compensated 365 is bread and butter. I definitely shoot my sig more than my staccatos.
@@SnD340you will never convince me that a p365 in ANY configuration is better than a CS. Maybe the Icarus frame with a Norsso ported bull barrel and slide.. You saying you shoot your sigs more than your Staccato’s tells me you don’t own any staccato’s.
Bro, i want that same set up. I honestly dont think its that bad being snappy. I had the g43x and i think it was snappy. I want to get that pro ledge and the light, that will help even more with the pistol that i dont feel like is too snappy in the first place. Its not my Atlas Athena by any means, but its a perfect edc to stay with the same platform as the Atlas.
I think you might have just said and answered a lot of Glock 19 owner's questions, at least for me. I'm looking hard at the new Staccato. But I'm wondering if and why, I should try a new 2011. They do get a lot of good reviews. Thanks for your review.
Nice vid. Your grip does need some adjustment. First thing I noticed is that your wrist isn’t locked…. Even when you shot the P your wrist was moving a lot with recoil.
While I don’t own a CS, I’ve shot one and it’s what I would expect from a 3.5” gun. However, it’s smoother than most guns its size. It’s not meant to be a competition gun, it’s specifically for concealed carry - so people need to temper expectations. I’m still contemplating it, but I have a C2 and P w/ a PMM Comp and I carry a p365 X-Macro with a WC grip as my EDC - so for me, if I’m always carrying the Sig, will I actually carry a CS instead?
@@SENDIT.FLORIDAnonsense. I have carried 365’s since their release. Micro, XL, and Macro. Going to the CS was a welcomed upgrade. I sold 1 of my custom 365 macros to put towards my 2024 CS
Really depends on what you want to do. If you want that 2011 performance and just start carrying it immediately, get the Staccato CS. If you want a gun that you're gonna upgrade to hell and customize, Prodigy is a great platform.
anything considered a "firearm" that you purchase online will need to be shipped to your local ffl for pickup. they usually incur a small fee at the time of pickup (my last transfer was around 40 bucks for reference). you'll have to fill out some paperwork as well (background check stuff) but it shouldnt take more than 10-20 minutes.
I started with the CS and really like it but since I bought the C2 Limited it has become my carry gun. Staccato make great guns!

Thanks for sharing!
You explained everything perfectly… and yes it is snappy if you’re comparing it to the staccato P but it’s very manageable.

Yeah thankfully I had quite a bit of shooting experience before going to staccato. It was helpful to already know how to shoot other guns first.

That's the reason that the 2024 model is thicker and heavier... It's good for it's size but needed a bit more weight.
The 2024 is thinner and lighter than the 2023
@@RegimentJoker literally wrong. Staccato made the 2024 cs slide flush which added some thickness and weight. so no its not lighter.

Had a comp cut into my CS and it is flatter now and less snappy. Highly recommend

I have this firearm, and it is absolutely tremendous. Like any firearm, you need to train to be proficient.
What holster are you running? I'm looking for one and have the trl-7 and proledge. Same as what you are running.
I got a LA concealment I believe it is.

Which one has the 4 inch or 4 and half in barrel ?
Hi how’s the grip for you? Wondering between full size/ compact for c

What was the savings percentage-wise on your blemish CS?
Time and maybe $100.
I want a blemished one you got it straight from stacato and had ship to ffl like in your town ?

You have to put in an FFL dealer and have it shipped there
