How to counterplay a good hitman user :
Don't even bother playing that match , all the extra stuff that u need to do just to get in range to at least being able to try to fight back is not worth it
Hammer is easy to counter, play aggressive and avoid blocking

Best way to fight a hitman is to just make him ragequit by running away the whole fight, not even attacking
i main bullet and i get absolutely destroyed by good passive-aggressive hands low mains, as they can pretty easily outbox me with their superior speed/dashes. bullet's low block damage means that hands low's bad block really doesn't come into play, and bullet recently losing its ability to shut down dash spam does NOT help as well. a little disappointed that all the advice for it was just "use an infighter or counter" but it is what it is.

@@supercat37 i liked bullet's old m1 passive and I still like the m2 passive. the style is satisfying to use but definitely underpowered in its current state. if the old passive could come back and maybe if it got a bit more block damage I don't think i'd ever use another style
i get you man, i've been playing and tryna main bullet since i love the style and i feel like it's balanced enough to feel like im actually doing shit and not just outboxing and playing with my eyes closed and a single hand (like hitman players do). I've been looking and analyzing for a way to beat good outboxing players and i can't find one. it's tiring but at the same time I don't wanna join them in their easy-mode ubg. it is what it is

I can say that i win against almost all of the style, the only one that i have problems is bullet, hitman a little bit wolf (this one cuz i almost never played againt a wolf idk why so i cant know how exactly i can win against a wolf user)

How do you deal with runners and good dodgers as someone using counter/hands low? This has been one of my pet peeves of the game so far, and it would be nice if I got a solution.
You just have to be even more patient than them.
Just keep playing passive too. They'll get impatient and try to get you in which you can use their reckless approaches as opportunities for counters since people tend to neglect defense when they're going on full offense
1. Play even more passive, because feinting didn't fix shit, you can still dodge jabs on reaction.
2. Leave the game, staring contests are boring.
@@thesaltwizard3212 Unfortunately they never do that, believe me, I've tried. They either keep staring and wait until you make the first move, or they bait you by playing with distance and provoking you. They themselves never go aggressive. Also how do you use counter against people who are good at dodging?

I dissagree with hands low being able to counter turtle easily just purely due to the poor hl chip damage and they can just stand there and build up ult from it and pd the m2s if u throw em out
Not anymore, shotguns barrage even after the “fix” it’s still extremely hard to avoid and shotguns m1s are crazy fast they even sometimes feel like ghost jabs. Or atleast to me they feel like they do.

Problem:300 ping + faint = imposible to win
If they m2 i just dodge but if they feint i can't win the m1 exchange cause my ping and if i m1 before trying to predict the faint i just get m2 counter that match is full ping based 😭
Ghost's m1 range is NOT pretty small from my experience playing it and against it. The m2 is kinda meh tho

And people say wolf is strong. His range is out right one of worst ranges and with slower m2 now it's even more vulnerable
I got hitman slugger and freedom yesterday for the first time i llayed 10 matches with each ans they are honestly worse than some mtyhs in my opinion, hit.an i almost cant dodge, slugger its too slow on hit start, freedom its pretty confusing and as the wordt defense that i could ever experince.
Freedom section wasn’t too good imo being aggressive is not what you want you need is jabs that do damage don’t heavy ever unless it’s a guaranteed hit freedom is bad but it’s not countered by charge the dude you played against in that section seemed really new to it or at least doesn’t main it the style is fast and aggressive at least that how I play it the freedom to move makes it feel like trick on steroids (I main both but trick supremacy)
You did not just call trick small ranged sure it’s no hitman but that range on a fast style is so bs (I main this btw)

Seriously I don't know why Ghost needed to be nerfed. Yea it WAS O.P., but it was supposed to be. If you all were skilled enough, you would be able to beat it, like me. But whatever, it won't be buffed or return to it's "Omega" state.

It needed to be nerfed because it could break neutrality on a cooldown, allowing ghost to poke at enemies with almost no risk. Now it is forced to be aggressive, you yourself said it was OP in your message, you answered your own question.
