I don't remember you asking anyone "Do you like the way it turned out?" or "Roast my bike, please!" Go through some of the commentors profiles and see the nothing they did. Unlike you... Took yourself a crap bike, looked at it for a long time and came up with a plan, then worked it out. Hats off to you! Do I think it's gorgeous? Who cares?!!! I applaud your work and execution. Good job.
I'm pissed off to see people disliked this vid. Anyone that disliked this does not know the meaning or feeling of dedication. Mad props, it turned out great. Bravo!
Pretty neat man, I admire guys like you who are capable of doing such thing, I am barely able to do my oil change myself!
Answered like a Boss...
Craftsmanship is some thing we stride on... work hard to do and at the end you feel great about doing it...
No one can take that away from you
I did something similar and i know how hard is a work like that.
You did it the right way and this bike is beautiful.
Exhaust is sexy!
I have found that soda blasting also helps on the clean up and ultrasonic cleaning of carbs. This looks great i am on a zzr 1100 project so will post as you have done later this year.
the best motorbike job i've seen is your job !!!
The mustic at 3:20 just took me back in my mind to Gran Tourismo 2 on the PS2.
Didn't think you could make that bike look any worse!
it is clear the person who had this bike before u had no pride in the ride lol im glad u got it and im sure it will now have a much better life keep building and ride safe my friend :D
Not to my tastes, but credit given where credit deserved! The outcome looks miles better than its neglected state at the start. I liked some of the modification solutions you came up with.I would suggest using a muted primer next time, or opting for powder coat as there were a few instances where the black top coat was scratched to reveal the bright orange primer! Lastly, never use scotch-locks to splice into a circuit that will be exposed to the elements! They break the insulation and expose the wiring to corrosion. Solder your splice and seal it with marine type heat shrink to keep moisture out and your circuit will last much longer!
This is the second rebuild video I've seen of yours. I respect the amount of work that's done in these videos. I tinker with my own bikes but never with complete tear downs, the simple jobs can be a pain for me but is probably just a walk in the park for you. Cheers.
Good job keep it up these "do it yourself videos" help others alot more than you think!
Not the what I would call a streetfighter but 10/10 for the skill and engineuity unlike every other expert builders on here that's best build efforts prop ably came from a Lego box, which I'm sure we are all eager to see.
Well done mate
m. jf
it's 100% a streetfighter 😂😂 wat u talking bout? might not b greatest but it is.
so when are you going to realy finish it then???????????????
Great work mate, I'm currently building one and i can appreciate how much time and hard work/ research went into that! Well done
I own the exact same Movistar GsxR in the backround. I had to pause and rewind it because i was like " wait... THATS MY BIKE! " XD
let me just take a minute to say God bless you , and wow great cleaning service , I hope you and your family are all in great health , also hope that the bike brings you many years of joy.
Its not how I would do it but you got it squared away and styled it your way. Good work.
Why so many dislikes? Don't people know that's the Streetfighter look???
Vincente Bianchini I go to Squires cafe nearly every week and there are always sick streetfighters there, this bike just looks stock.
You dont lie ure horrible
Are you for real, a street fighter is supposed to look aggressive. That looks shit
it's fantastic! you bulid completly new motorcycle in your own garage!! greate hobby
fantastic build... I wish I had half the talent that u got... keep em coming!
well done on doing so much work and doing a proper job
That is one of the best streetfighter builds i have seen!! Amazing work and time put into this! Ride safe!
Great video ! I've been considering modifying my f4i's subframe but was hesitant. Your vide gave me the inspiration I needed.
Not to my taste, but I appreciate how good this looks compared to the other street fighters I have seen, nice work friend...
Realy good job man. You really know what you are doing. The bike is perfect. Good luck
Lots of work, and looks great! Just not a big fan of the tail. But it's your bike! Kudos!
that looks sick broo!!!!
Awesome build though!
Good build. Kudos to you.
Looks sick! Ignore all these comments about it looking like "shite" or incomplete or bashing because of how you only have 1/2 to 3/4 of bike now; these people obviously don't know what a streetfighter is and would probably say the same things about cafe racers.
I for one, love the look of a streetfighter if they are done "right" (which is a relative term - aka to each their own). Done "right," IMO, looks exactly like yours.
I actually want to buy a sport bike (used, probably a cheap project bike) to do this too.
Hey Bro. Thank ypu so much for posting this video. Im converting a 88 katana 1100F into a streetfighter right now and I like to refure back to this vid.
fantastic work
all that work.. sorry for your loss.
Man I like your videos keep up the good work
Hi mate, I know it is not the best but please consider I work in the telecoms industry, I am by no means I professional or had any kind of training in mechanics.
All the work was carried out in my own garage and I had no outside help.
I build / re-do these bikes just for fun and in my spare time.
I bought the bike cheap and sold it for a lot more than what I paid for it and in the process I had a lot of fun at the same time
So for me it was a pretty good street fighter :D
Nice work, giving that Triumph a second chance. Good for you.
looks nice man. good job.
You've done a real nice job. I like the detail you put into cleaning and painting. Them led brake lights shouldn't overhang the scratch plate though. They wouldn't last 1 minute if you pop a wheelie to the max. But then if it's just the street fighter style you like then fair play. You done it yourself and to your taste. Well done.
Great job on the bike man, the before and after pictures are amazing. Keep up the good work.
Cheers
Nice Job
Thanks 4 Bringing it Back to life
Money can buy the finest stock thing.. hard word gives you satisfaction and a big big smile.. ;)
Hey! Don't listen to haters, I bet a lot of them can't ride!
Anyway, loved the pictures through the whole process.I have to say I admire you for all the work did there mate!
Fantastic motorbike , well done
Man thats a pretty bike you just saved from being destroyed. In my opinion i would have gone for something closer to a cafe racer. Big respect and keep them videos coming bro!!
A lot of work there mate......nice job
Awesome work
the paint work is 👌
Hello, trying to change an mainframe on a 600rr but I need some help with it, what would the be best way to do this? I started just need to take the frok and subframe to get to it. Bought an manual on an cd it does not work , got it from uk.
Can you please tell me song in this video!? Brutal build though man!
The most amazing part is he did this in about 7 minutes!
very nice, i suggest you paint the bike matte black and make the wheels gloss black with red wheel tape :)
Great work dude. Looks sick.
Great job man!
Hey man, can you tell me how fix the time (timin belt) I just bought one and I can't get the right time. Please help me
This is an excellent video. I like this very much.
Cool vid mate. Wish I knew enough to be able to strip mine down like that. What I think makes this vid cool (apart from the bike) is that you took the time to take photos of each stage. Your custom parts are very well made dude.
How to...not so much, but I'm considering doing something similar to my 93FJ1200. Just wondering what the total cost and time was in the end
Badass brother congrats!!!!!
Been working on making my gsxr 1000 a street fighter for months . I figure it will be more agile and flickable like my previous 600
great build
Great work, congratulations !
So you bought a bike, tore it apart, chopped it, cleaned it, put it back together into something you think is cool. Good for you. I'll bet 99% of the negfeeds don't even ride...let alone do what you did. Not my cup of tea, but what do I know....I love cruisers.
So you watched a video about street fighters, even though you don't like street fighters, then commented on the video telling everyone what happened in the video. Good for you.
Cruisers are gay. Leather chaps and tassels on handlebars......Urghhh.
LOL.
Ha Ha Ha happy new year.
👍🏾💯
Awesome Job!
this... is the craziest thing i have ever seen. well done dude. reminds me of a buell idk why
the front light is absolutely horrible
+yzfarr 125 I been looking for a front light for my streetfighter as I don't like the one it came with. Unfortunately the only ones I like aren't road legal :(. Finding motorcycle headlights is not easy
Best headlights are rd 250/350 lc ones.
Kamil Roman 9ht nrnhtmjh
Rear as well!
Nice build dude good job
You have inspired me snd mh lad yo get our hands a bit mucky . Nice job !
i wish i could do half what you did to restore that thing. nice work man :)
hey man i think you did great, I know exactly how much time and work it takes to embark on a project like this. great job!
Marcel Rivero
Your bike is outstanding. Should be really proud of it. Keep the builds and the videos coming! (Also, a streetfighter is about styling a bike the way you want it, it can look like anything so if the builder is happy with it its a good streetfighter!)
very cool video and bike!!!
wow ,you have a lot of patience nice work!!
Superb, well done.
How did you go about cleaning up the parts?
Brilliant absolutely brilliant .
looks good man. I'm thinking about running that headlight on my ninja 650. how do you like it?
Awesome build bud!!
Just need to fit set of motorcross handle bars to it and done.
yes I agree.
Just sold my triumph sprint like this. Wish I found this video first!
oh man I wish I had the space to do all that...your bike looks a little weird to me with the shortened back but I still love it...enjoy
wow....very impressive!
its a start but theres a long way to go lol, at least you're out there building stuff though!
Change the name to "how to take stuff apart and clean it"
There is nothing like tearing a bike down and rebuilding every nut bolt washer wire and doing the way you want it the pride of doing it all yourself is the best feeling in the world isnt it.
wow dude, amazing job!!! Must of been a ton of work nice :D
Love your work, great job, great taste..Respect for the project! :) Greetings from Croatia!
All your bike building videos are sick bro
cheers man 👍
L.O.L. sick is right
what is the catch tank for the coolant made out of? im streetfightering my ninja 650r and im trying to figure out a cool lookin coolant resevoir. also does it matter where it is mounted? thanks
what were the hardest phases of this transformation?
Have you ever come across parts of the crashed bike that were unsafe and non-functioning and needed replacing?
Like im curious how someone would approach a problem like twisted forks or a bent\cracked frame ?
How much money out of pocket went into this?
People tend to believe that crashed bikes will never ride the same .
Great video! really enjoyed it! good work man cheers
Hey man can you mayb email some pictures of the bike bro. I'm currently in the process of turning my triumph sprint into a streetfighter. just wanna see how u covered up the sides of your rear subframe an where it joins up to the tank.
unique bike great job! i bet it's a head turner
Dope video bike came out really nice I've been trying to look for that front for my tt600 I can't find it but came out really nice man
Wonderful job:-)
I personally would have made the rear a little narrower and less boxy. Besides that, it looks great
did you use sansdblaster on any part(s)?
noone does slideshows anymore...blah blah...but this one's really interesting and i'm glad you have made this one! great work man! and sweet ride
cheers... on the look out for another project now!
I really like it man its rough n ready but cool I think it could of done with some modded lights n a proper back end but 2 wheels are always better than 4 !
great job looks great brah got the same bike in black about to turn it into a street fighter myself
