I don't remember you asking anyone "Do you like the way it turned out?" or "Roast my bike, please!" Go through some of the commentors profiles and see the nothing they did. Unlike you... Took yourself a crap bike, looked at it for a long time and came up with a plan, then worked it out. Hats off to you! Do I think it's gorgeous? Who cares?!!! I applaud your work and execution. Good job.

I'm pissed off to see people disliked this vid. Anyone that disliked this does not know the meaning or feeling of dedication. Mad props, it turned out great. Bravo!

Craftsmanship is some thing we stride on... work hard to do and at the end you feel great about doing it...
No one can take that away from you

Not to my tastes, but credit given where credit deserved! The outcome looks miles better than its neglected state at the start. I liked some of the modification solutions you came up with.I would suggest using a muted primer next time, or opting for powder coat as there were a few instances where the black top coat was scratched to reveal the bright orange primer! Lastly, never use scotch-locks to splice into a circuit that will be exposed to the elements! They break the insulation and expose the wiring to corrosion. Solder your splice and seal it with marine type heat shrink to keep moisture out and your circuit will last much longer!

This is the second rebuild video I've seen of yours. I respect the amount of work that's done in these videos. I tinker with my own bikes but never with complete tear downs, the simple jobs can be a pain for me but is probably just a walk in the park for you. Cheers.

Not the what I would call a streetfighter but 10/10 for the skill and engineuity unlike every other expert builders on here that's best build efforts prop ably came from a Lego box, which I'm sure we are all eager to see.

Looks sick! Ignore all these comments about it looking like "shite" or incomplete or bashing because of how you only have 1/2 to 3/4 of bike now; these people obviously don't know what a streetfighter is and would probably say the same things about cafe racers.
I for one, love the look of a streetfighter if they are done "right" (which is a relative term - aka to each their own). Done "right," IMO, looks exactly like yours.
I actually want to buy a sport bike (used, probably a cheap project bike) to do this too.

Hi mate, I know it is not the best but please consider I work in the telecoms industry, I am by no means I professional or had any kind of training in mechanics.
All the work was carried out in my own garage and I had no outside help.
I build / re-do these bikes just for fun and in my spare time.
I bought the bike cheap and sold it for a lot more than what I paid for it and in the process I had a lot of fun at the same time
So for me it was a pretty good street fighter :D

You've done a real nice job. I like the detail you put into cleaning and painting. Them led brake lights shouldn't overhang the scratch plate though. They wouldn't last 1 minute if you pop a wheelie to the max. But then if it's just the street fighter style you like then fair play. You done it yourself and to your taste. Well done.

what were the hardest phases of this transformation?
Have you ever come across parts of the crashed bike that were unsafe and non-functioning and needed replacing?
Like im curious how someone would approach a problem like twisted forks or a bent\cracked frame ?
How much money out of pocket went into this?
People tend to believe that crashed bikes will never ride the same .
Great video! really enjoyed it! good work man cheers
