  • My 2006 Hayabusa LE is turning into a cafe racer. I’m naming it “Plan C” as the factory version of it is called the B King. This video outlines the progress so far. It started by turning into a streetfighter but these things never seem to end. Just a teaser for everything that happened so far. This has been a long journey that never seems to end and I want to share with you.

Again, I will break this video down in step by step guidance on what took place with the bike. These photos span a good 8 months.

Thanks! I’d say just make sure that you have a specialist for each type of work being done unless you’re an expert at ( composite work/welding/painting/ electrical/ Apholstery) and expect challenges:). The busa took about 2 years to make street legal.

Hey there! Under the left side of the fiberglass modification. So to the left of where that gauge is. Basically made a hidey hole that looks like part of the tank. I’ll have an updated video on the bike soon. Hope you check it out. Very different now.

Did you make the fairing piece used for the instrument cluster on the tank or did you purchase it?

Frederick Andrew we made it. It’s one off fiberglass. Check out the newest vid on my channel and it’s mostly finished. More fiberglass work in that on. Also the how to vid can be found on “AM Customs” UA-cam channel.

Thanks there! I'll do you one better and just make an episode about that. Basically, Alex from "AM Customs" - ua-cam.com/channels/63HmFeIGEan20WbefrG4PQ.html?&ab_channel=AMCustoms
made it from scratch. I have found companies in Europe that make them but at great cost. I recommend seeing a metal fab shop and likely using aluminum or stainless steel. You might ask Alex in one of his vids but I'll make a vid and mention you in it :)
