- As human beings, we all want to be happy. His Holiness the Dalai Lama says the key to this is finding peace of mind. Here he outlines how destructive emotions disturb our inner peace and steps we can take to secure it.
It should be include in our education system 😭🙏🏼
One of the Dalai Lama's 4 commitments is to try to get these things taught in schools as a regular subject. Non-religious lessons about emotional wellbeing, compassion, kindness, etc. Starting in India first.

If mindfulness was taught in school the world would change within only a few generations. And change our social structures from competitive to cooperative. The world would change drastically in no time at all..
