Sensei!ive been a chef for 10years but when I stumbled upon your videos I got inspired to add flair bartending to my skill set!now girls love me more and their boyfriends hate me even more!thanks mate ,from Kenya🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪 with respect
Thank you for this video it helps me a lot and it made smooth in different kinds of moves or tricks when it comes to flairing, i will continue to support you Mr. Tom dyer in every videos you upload in youtube. No. 1 fan in the Philippines 😁🎉
Oh man, I love the snach and turn... usually Im growling or headbanging and the death metal just creeps throughout my body. Hahaha you do make a good point 😅
hahahahahaha.....It doesn't mean it can't be used, but some people are just throwing it in there willy nilly to try and make their moves look "better". Presentation is key, so decide if it's needed or, like you kinda said, if it feels right :)
Wonderful content and this is exactly what I signed up for.. keeping it smooth and simple yet emphasized on the main point to remember for Aspiring Bartenders everywhere... Keep up the good work. Cheers to more contents like these 🍻
Was just waiting for it!! Beautiful and very useful. However I would love to see the same quantity of swipe through variations in a working flair contex. Would love to see you go crazy with out flip yhe bottle. "Respect maestro" Ciao for now!!
@@TomDyerBartender sorry maestro. I think that I got a bit excited. I was just practising and trying to get as much from some bottle and tim (working flair) and then you posted the video 📹. I am amazed I have not drop it yet!!! lol I am going to be using the tips from this video to work on smoothing out the tricks...
NOT DROPPED IT YET. WHAAAAT!!! That must be a record. Hahaha. Well, now with the practice bottle I see more difficult moves on your horizon and some drops. 🙃
@@TomDyerBartender lol I said no drops with that bottle... The gatorade bottles, the parm cheese shaker, the mayo bottle.. strainer, and muddlers, and bar spoons... Those I have drop! Lol.. Than I pull out my four roses bottle and start working on the trick with the real bottle.. I do things in Steps my friend! Lol😂😂😂
That's why time and practice is your friend when it comes to smoothness. Some people don't want to give it time and want it NOW. I know that frustration. I was there too :)
@@TomDyerBartender sure i’m always been curious about the training method like what is your training method ? or what is been at your very beginning ? For instance on three hour training you spend three hours just on the routine or perhaps you do one hour focusing just on the moves like what’s your tips on the topic. P.s i hope that help you to come up with some interesting ideas and i hope you see what i mean because it’s really hard to explain your self on a youtube comment =)
This is a really good video.I like to slow down when I practice new move, so that I can have extra time to think about how to do the next move when I do the first move. It really helps me learn new moves faster.I also like to count during practice, Do an action and count a number, which can make my attention focus (and I can be less nervous when I show it in front of the guests), and when I focus my attention, The move will become silky
Reallt good advice. Thanks for sharing. I remember a flair bartender named Vince Chapman who used to give his main moves a number ans his bar back would shout a number so he could remember that move ans perform it hahahaha
great video, thankyou once again, during this lockdown youve really helped me keep motivated while the bars have been shut. All i could think about during this video is early Nic.St Jean and how smooth his flair is, i think he's a great example of what you talked about. Heading straight over to your patreon now to sign up 👍 Thank you for the inspiration Tom
