How long we suppose to steam
It shuts off automatically. One session is about 15 minutes. If you want a shorter session, add less water. :)

@@zurierae2106 - A cheaper steamer, or beauty fridge? I read a few of the reviews about the fridge and a lot of people were saying that sometimes it stops working, or doesn’t even get that cold. I found one on today on QVC for $30. They say it’s to keep a six pack cold, but it’s about the same size and I got it in a cute pink color so I’m hoping that one works better for a lot cheaper.

Hi, good video. Does your steamer go the full 15 minutes or do you have to keep pressing the button? My button keeps blinking every 3 annoying minutes, and stops steam. I have to keep turning it on.
Mine goes the full 15 minutes and then it turns off on its own.

Can you wash your face with soap and water before and after you use the steamer??
Yes, you should have clean skin before you steam and wash your face after. I would use a facial cleanser with warm water.
I had mine for like a month now and it just completely stopped working? It won’t blow steam and when it does it only lasts for like 5 seconds
I’ve had mine for 1 wk, used twice and just wrote the company because mine fully stops every 3 minutes...it doesn’t go past 3 minutes multiple times without me having to keep turning on
Did yours have a ‘smell’ to it? Like almost a burning or ‘hot’ smell lol, it’s most likely because of ya know.. the whole steam thing, but I was just wondering in case mine was about to blow up or something 🙃😬
So it has more of an ironing smell. Like when you use an iron, THAT smell. Over time it only smells like that when it’s warming up the water to make steam. You can always add mineral oils to the nozzle if you don’t like that smell, but I don’t mind it at all. It’s a steamer after all so I expected a faint steam smell
Oooh!m, yeah! That’s what it reminded me of. I don’t use an iron that often so it was like.. I knew what it smelt like but couldn’t put my finger on it 😌

I ordered this from VP, but when I put the water into the MAX line inside, and turned it upside down to attach the water to the Aera's chamber...all of the water went into the chamber???
Is it supposed to empty into the chamber and then you start it up?
The water was coming out of the spring of the cap, that you turn to close the container, once you fill it up with water.
Is this normal?
I didn't turn it on, in case it's a defective model.
Basically, I'm wondering if the Aera's chamber is supposed to fill up with water? Or does the water stay sealed inside the MAX labeled container, and slowly steams out?
When you use it, does the water fill up inside the Aera?

Hey there! So the water container gets sealed shut with the cap and when you turn it upside down to insert it back to the Aura steamer, I believe that it turns into steam thru the heated chamber and then comes out the nozzle! Lol water shouldn’t be coming out the spring cap. This must be a defective item. I’m so sorry! Maybe look at the cap and see if there’s a part that’s not placed correctly? Hope this helps!

I use a Milani facial rose oil and then I apply CeraVe 50spf daily moisturizer.

Firstly, you are so damn fine dear lord lol. Secondly, do you think if I just boil my water that it's purified enough? You might not have the answer to that but I just wanted to ask anyway.
