Its been a few days since I've charged mine and its still good. I use it at night and sometimes in the morning when I have time. I mostly use the moisturizer and lift one. I got mine about 4 years ago and its still good. Maybe you got a defective one?

This device does not hold a charge for more than one use if not plugged in! So don't think of packing it for travel for a few days!

Extremely poorly made products. They break quickly and the company will not honor warranty on them. Stay far away.
