2:53 coaching exams of neetug are more difficult than actual exam they always give high yield questions....Majority of the cases are where somebody gets 400 450 in practice tests but ends ul getting 550 600 this is the thing which normally happens.......Anyway thanks for this informative video🙏🙏🙏
We come across a large number of students who say that they used to get very high marks in NEET-UG coaching but in actual NEET-UG exam they only got 50 to 70% of what they used to get in coaching test papers. I think it would be varying from coaching to coaching also

Lecture was more focused to convince fairness of FMG Exam rather talking about NEXT , contradictory in itself - tells himself that standard of Pvt Medical colleges are compromised - then how they were being given License to practice ? If they were to sit in a exam like FMG - how much pass percentages he was expecting - more than pass percentage than FMG ?

But you only told that there will be all 19 subjects for next exam.
And now you are telling only 11 to 12 subjects for next exam.

Sir please clear my doubt.....when MCi was there fmges need to get eligibility certificate before appearing in MCI ....so NEXT exam will also have this kind of eligibility certificate or if no than what do students need to show in order to give NEXT
After NEET-UG was implemented, system of eligibility certificate was abandoned. Now NEET-UG mark-sheet itself serves as eligibility certificate. The students who took admission to MBBS before implementation of NEET-UG need to get eligibility certificates from MCI/ NMC to appear for FMGE. Same will be true for NEXT as well

For Indian Medical Graduates, it's pretty clear: Final year MBBS exam itself has been renamed as NEXT-1. After NEXT-1 internship & then NEXT-2 (practical)

Indian nationals & OCI will be able to appear NEXT. For foreign nationals willing to practice in India, there is a separate procedure described on MCI website

Are you sure sir that in next there will be clinical subjects for foreign graduates only rather than total. 19 subjects?
All 19 subjects in new MCI curriculum will be included in syllabus of NEXT exit exam for MBBS. But subject-wise marks distribution will be drastically different than what it was in NEET-PG exam or MCI Screening exam (i.e. FMGE: Foreign Medical Graduate Examination). The clinical subjects will carry disproportionately more marks than pre- & para-clinical subjects.

If you do not pass final year MBBS before implementation of NEXT (say, March 2022), you would be appearing NEXT. It is immaterial why you couldn't clear final year MBBS. The consequences are same.

Hello sir, I just had some questions. I'm from a foreign university and will graduate in the year 2022 itself, so we might be the first batch to attempt next exams.
1. What if someone wants to practice for 3-4 years before taking admission into pg course, will they have to appear for next 1 again?
2. Will the exam pattern be same for the foreign graduates?
NEXT1 score will be valid for 2-3 years. So that score can be used every year. In case you want to improve your score in NEXT1, you can appear it again. Since there are unlimitted attempts for NEXT1, there wont be any problem

NEXT-1 is theory based MCQs exam. NEXT-2 will be practical exam. NEXT-1 will be the main obstacle to get registration in India. NEXT-2 will be a pass/fail exam which will be merely a formality. Moreover, since NEXT-2 will be conducted at the end of internship, you will have whole year to prepare for NEXT-2

Why ima and students is opposing next examination since long time.
Since NEXT will evaluate conceptual understanding, it will make the memory based learning & teaching outdated. In this sense, it will be tougheer than NEET-PG/ FMGE/ final year MBBS.

They don't have to. Now a days everything is online. There will not be any difference in registration process of Indian & Foreign Medical Graduates

Ukraine has 6 years MBBS curriculum. Internship is not a part of this curriculum. After completing 6 years curriculum in Ukraine students will be coming to India --> Clear NEXT-1 --> undergo 1 year internship --> clear NEXT-2 --> get State Medical Council registration

Questions in NEXT will be similar to how they were in FMGE August 2020. Passing % of FMGE Aug 2020 was only 9.5%! Usually FMGE result is 15-20%. Hope this answers your 2nd question.

As per existing rules you cannot have 2 PG degrees after MBBS. Earlier (15 yrs back) this was allowed.

When will we have to reattempt next1 to improve our rank if we just pass in next1 in our 1st attempt
NEXT-1 will be conducted twice a year. Passing in any of these two sessions (say, March & Jun) of NEXT-1 is valid. But for PG entry rank in 1st NEXT-1 session (say, March) will be considered. So to improve the rank, one can attempt NEXT-1 in next year

Many private medical colleges in India are facing same situation as you are describing in Kyrgyzstan. NEXT2 will be a pass/ fail exam. So don't worry about it. In life there are always multiple options. The problem is we don't see them. But if you want to practice in India as a medical doctor, there is no other way than passing NEXT. Although people who dont qualify licentiate exam do get jobs in pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industries & small hospitals their payment is far less than those who have cleared the exam. Choice is yours! I guess you are not becoming the doctor because you want to work on low salary

The students who started/ completed internship before implementation of NEXT, will have to appear NEXT-1 only for PG admissions. Score of NEXT-1 will be valid for 2 to 3 years. @@dr.abdulkadir7464 Although nothing is declared by authorities in this regard, you will be appearing FMGE Dec 2021. In case you fail (we are certainly not expecting this) you can take chance in NEXT March 2022.

The answer is given in this video. FMGE & NEXT both have 19 subjects in syllabus, although marks distribution will be different. FMGE doesn't have practical component. NEXT will have. FMGE is a qualifying exam. NEXT will be a qualifying as well as competitive exam. So answer to your question should be very clear: NEXT will be more difficult than FMGE

What about foreign medical graduate next is beneficial for FMGE students or difficult
All 19 subjects in new MCI curriculum will be included in syllabus of NEXT exit exam for MBBS. But subject-wise marks distribution will be drastically different than what it was in NEET-PG exam or MCI Screening exam (i.e. FMGE: Foreign Medical Graduate Examination). The clinical subjects will carry disproportionately more marks than pre- & para-clinical subjects.
NEXT will be more difficult than FMGE, as NEXT is a competitive exam

The licensing exam, FMGE (MCI) is not applicable only if you do MBBS and (NOT or) PG (MD/MS equivalent) from any of these countries: USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand & Canada. In all other cases (you have done MBBS from other countries but PG from these countries, MBBS from these countries but PG from other countries) it is mandatory to clear FMGE. This rule is likely to get modified after implementation of NEXT in 2022. NEXT will be compulsary for everybody

If one student attempts and passes fmge in June 2021, he doesn't need to write NEXT exam for entering into internship & get registered with the state medical council. But he will have to appear NEXT-1 (although not NEXT-2) if he is will to pursue MD/ MS
