What about Foreign medical students . It's not possible university exam cancellation in 4th year. I'm 2017 batch my university exam finished on June 2022. I think it's not possible.

If a foreign medical student completes his 5th year in 2021..then he prepares for mci exam and passes, (since internship in Kerala is mandatory for kerala fmges) then goes for internship in 2022 which gets completed by the end of the year. Does he have to write Next 1 in 2023?

Most probably you will have NEXT 1, only for PG admission . Because you are going to complete 1 year internship (literally means hands-on training with patients) so there is no relevance for a licensing exam for you ... but beware....an immediate surprise bomb may come, as NEXT 1 along with your 2021 final exam, as a licensing exam+ pg seat....it's possible, with the current central government habits

As of now 2017 batch will face licencing exam, so I can't surely say 2016 batch will face it or not , and we have no official statement on what basis 2016 batch will enter into pg, will NEXT 1 act as pg exam for 2016 batch ?? We don't have a definitive answer, the last neet is NEET 2021 , thats confirmed, so confusion exist, lets wait for official confirmation

I believe you are referring to 2016 batch , We don't have a confirmation, I can explain a possibility : NEXT 2022 can be made both 1)2023 pg seat prebook exam for 2017 2)2022 pg seat admission exam for 2016 But this is just a possibility we need to wait for a confirmation

2016 batch will join in 2022, 2016 will be writing the final neet and 2017 will write the 1st NEXT in the same year, I think that's how it may work, 2016 - gets pg 2022 seat 2017 - books pg 2023 seat by writing NEXT exam the same year Anyway let's wait for confirmation , unless they confirm, we can't say anything for sure,
Without passing NEXT 1 , no internship , without passing NEXT 2 , no license So we have to pass , multiple attempts possibly, but need confirmation on whether we can improve our rank.

2) u only need to apply Next 2 again , unfortunately I don't know about the gap period
3) passing % of NEXT , no one can say now, let them come forward with clarification on these

If a foreign medical student completes his 5th year in 2021..then he prepares for mci exam and passes, (since internship in Kerala is mandatory for kerala fmges) then goes for internship in 2022 which gets completed by the end of the year.
