Most of the things are taken from discussion on NMC bill in Loksabha & Rajyasabha & various interviews published so far. Our aim is to guide & motivate the students for studying. Many students don't study simply because they are confused. Yes, the pattern of NEXT is not yet finalised but you need to know what it could be & more importantly focus on studies

If i passed NExt 1 and started internship .i reappeared NExt 1 again next year to improve score. will i have to do internship again or write NExt 2 and apply for pg seat
Once you have qualified NEXT, it is qualified for ever. You do internship & clear NEXT-2. When you clear NEXT-2, it is done so for ever. You need not & cannot reappear NEXT-2 after passing it.
For getting a better PG seat you may repeat NEXT-1. In that case there will be absolutely no need to redo internship or NEXT-2
How much marks should a foreign graduate score to clear this exam for a normal MBBS degree
As the experience shows, usually qualifying cut-off is 50%.
Now in FMGE also it is 50%.

Final year MBBS exam will be conducted at university level. Every university will decide its pattern but it will be a mix of descriptive questions. MCQs & practical viva.
Once you clear this final year MBBS exam conducted by university, then you will be appearing NEXT-1 which will be MCQs pattern Computer Based Test.

For foreign med graduates, they get internship after 5 years of study .Do they need to get a separate internship by writing next 1? Or just next 2 is enough to enter pg?

Sir will next exam include portion from 1st,2nd and 3rd year mbbs also?
All 19 subjects in new MCI curriculum will be included in NEXT exit test syllabus for MBBS. But subject-wise marks distribution will be drastically different than what it was in NEET-PG exam or MCI Screening exam (i.e. FMGE: Foreign Medical Graduate Examination). The clinical subjects will carry disproportionately more marks than pre- & para-clinical subjects. Internship from Nepal is recognized by MCI/NMC. Internship in some countries like Philippines, China, Nepal, Bangladesh is recognized by MCI/ NMC. As per an advisory note dated 30.7.2020 by BoG, students who completed internship in these countries need not do internship.

Yes. That is entirely possible. Those who will be qualifying NEXT will be allowed to do internship & register with state medical council (if they pass NEXT-2). Getting PG is subject to high rank in NEXT-1

Suppose person is qualified in next exam next1 even completed internship but fails in next 2 that is university practical exam for license,so he or she should repeat internship???and when university will conduct again next2 what is the gap between supplementary exams?can old batch students can attempt next exam??how it can affect previous year students?
If student fails in NEXT-2, he/she won't have to repeat internship. He/she should be repeating NEXT-2 only. It has not been yet decided when supplementary NEXT-2 will be conducted. If you don't like the PG seat you have got through NEXT, you should be repeating NEXT next year to try again. It is same as in NEET-PG
Sir if an individual is in imyernship after clearing the next 1. Can that individual give the next 1exam again in internship period to improve his chances of getting a better pg seat

if NEET was not a business of upper caste persons you should answer how many students does neet has filled according to minorities reservation criteria in 5 yrs also let us know why the exam authorities are running with fear from one exam to other they are just filling their amount by comparing American regional exam there diseases does coincides with ours truly sadden that the system of India is bogus and mentality based
Implementation of NEXT is an attempt to bring uniformity in minimum standards across the country. It will not affect the reservation pattern which is existing in NEET-PG. But I agree that there are pros & cons. But it's good that the change has started. Now let's hope for the best
