Sir according to various sources what you said at 11:30 is wrong.. For eg if 2018 batch which writes NEXT after final year has passed but is not satisfied with the rank then ... if he choses to do crri then he would not be eligible to write the NEXT for another 3 years . ... If he chooses to write NEXT again then he will have to take a drop of one year not do crri and then write the exam

It means that if someone couldn't clear next exam then he couldn't be a doctor means technically equivalent to a 12 th pass out student as a dropper this gives me chills 😨

I think if you get low rank/failed in next 1,you will have to be idle for a year(no internship) and attend next 1 the consecutive year, after that 1 year internship then it's next 2, if you fail/got low rank in next 2 also you will have to attempt only **next2** again. In total ,year extended if you mess up next 1- 6 years in total If you messed up both the next , year taken total to get pg seat-7 years. If you didn't mess up any year-5.5 years in total

Of course, waste his. Pehle isko drop kehte the. Ab drop year internship hai - not after internship. To be very frank - still a lot of confusion. But i think just blatantly copying US is not going to solve any problem till PG seats actually increase. Things will get more clear as more guidelines are issued.

It wont replace final prof - No I dont think so. The score needs to be valid for 3 years- so you can join pG after internship. So score needs to be valid for at least 2 years - since internship sometimes takes more than 1 year and there will be gap between giving NEXT and start of internship. To cover all this - they made NEXT valid for 2 years. But you can give it multiple times to improve score.
It shud not be a one day game..atleast they shud take next as a license exam instead of final proffs...and also neet pg/inicet and all other pg entrances for entry to pg When we cleared neet ug, there is a lot of pressure on 1 day...if someone falls sick..whole hardwork down the drain...

2017 batch won't be giving NEXT. it's for 2018 onwards.

MCI or FGME exam will not be there from next year nd only NEXT exam will be there for Indian nd foriegn students.
