In Sept. I had a pervert for a landlord & HAD to move. I'm 71 live solely on SSI so very few options. God opened doors for me. I got a used small camper that I could pull with my 2004 SUV. I am SO happy and content. God is so good like that. I've been following you for years always wanted to do what you're doing but fearful. Now I did it and I'm so blessed my cup runneth over. Somehow in my heart of hearts I knew you would be back in your van before the year was out. God is good and HE will show you the way, maybe not when you want or need but in HIS timing. Oh, jeeps. I'm sorry. On paper, I look like a fairly fancy suburban mom/wife... but I did not grow up that way. I'm a bit older than you, in no way uncomfortable, and for whatever reason I broke down sobbing in my mastercloset the other day, because I realized that I still don't feel safe or secure. It was like I was a helpless, scared child again, so I'm sorry if you've had to feel any of that too.❤

It’s unfortunate that a lot of times when people move in with friends, it usually doesn’t turn out to be the way they expected & things quickly go south! I’m lucky that I’ve never had this issue, however, I’ve seen a lot of friendships destroyed over it… It’s nice to see you back on the road & I’m hoping all your adventures turn out to be more than you expected! 🙂🙃
Living with anyone is hard. I askedna woman her age to move out a week after she moved in because she didnt wash her hands after using bathroom. The police coukdnt belive it that it bothered me so much as she tried to have me arested with fake news. This was even before covid.

Life sure can change in the blink of an eye. I've been in a situation where I needed to pack up quickly and it's hard. Too bad you don't have a hitch on the back of your van. You could have put your belongings in there and slept in your van. Enjoy your Christmas with your family!

If you have to have a room mate make sure its a complete stranger, its the only way that living arrangement works. Acquaintances are the worst, with friends being a close second. Been there done that!

It is good to spend time with parents, while we can. Once they're gone, they're gone, and we can't get that time back. Especially if your parents are good to you, it is precious time-- worth more spent with them, than with people who don't really understand or value you.
II agree, so why doesn’t she just move in with them and end all this stress and running around. They could all help each other.

So sorry you had to move like that. I have never been great at the roommate situation I'm afraid.
I'm facing a divorce at 67 and have used most of my retirement savings trying to get to court. It is a mess, yet I keep remembering the promises we have. If you are ever on the East coast and in Canada, please let me know. I have a home and a place for you to park and hook into should you need a quiet place. Beaches are nearby. I likely will be here through 2024...then heading south. I may see you on the road one day...as I am looking at car camping. Praying for your healing and wishing you a blessed Christmas in Texas. I am on day one alone. I am spending the night driving 800 miles. I am trying to rest at a Love's right now around Midnight, but it's tough. I'm tired, but have a lot on my mind. I've gotta stay positive and enjoy this new journey.

Allison, God will let doors close when He's wanting to move us in a different direction. I'm starting a new chapter in my life at 66 and just divorced. Sad and scary at the same time. I want to become a nomad. I believe God will grow you and me on our new chapters. God Bless and Keep Focused on the One who stands at the Door!

😮I’m just making a real solid plan to anchor my future with my plan of building a yacht made with poly carbonate plastic structure full of stuff that would make sure I never go without anything kitchen sink refrigerator stove top you name it I’m so tired of this being a real situation that I have to deal with but home alone are way out there so nobody owns the waterways I live on a little boat for six months and it was the only time in my life we’re I found peace with my heart I don’t know what our country is going and weather or not we have a real ability to own a house but if it make something happen I will have a assurance whatever happened I would have a real strong roof over my head 😢I’m like you I have faith that gods going to help but it doesn’t mean that I can’t do anything about until then 😅

I am not even surprised cuz you never know people u til you livewith them. Same thing happened to me..i dont actually know your story .... when a friend asked me to stay with them and turned out to be psycho. Lol. At least you had a van. I had nothing but boxes at the time and no where to go and just invited myself over somewhere. Still here. Lol. 3 weeks at the generous offers home and that door is shut for life. But not looking back on that one...at all with any bad feelings. Good riddens. Sometimes the direction is just AWAY!!! Good luck to you darlin.

Good slammed the door on me so fast it totaled out my car/home I bought in February then got hit by drunk driver in July. He slammed it so hard I got a brain bleed contusion to my breast and reenjuried my neck.
Still no vehicle, no friends, no family except the one that's letting me sleep in his car. I've slept on the ground first time ever.
My lesson is be humble return to giving, be soft with myself and care again. Carlife can mess you up. I'll leave it at that but I must include my gift from God my dog. I'm sure she's an angel.
Allison I lived in Vegas for 30 years. I loved seeing the desert. I never thought it was beautiful I do now. So I'll be back on the road. I love it so much.

I love it. god is making moves though it’s stressful and scary, His scars are bigger than any of our fears and doubts. We can put them all in Hie capable hands. Why don’t you just stay with your parents or leave your stuff there and live in your Van full time?
You have a lot of growing up to do.
Maybe walk the walk . Trust in God and stop living in sin . You’re allowing the world to lure you in . Remember we are not of this world, we live in it and a true Christian will be hated by the world. Even by worldly friends and unsaved family members. Which is fine because we are supposed to put Jesus FIRST.
Pray for discernment so you can be better at seeing ppl for who they really are so u don’t fall for evil ppl and their cons or lies.
Keep your eyes on God and study His word, develop a personal relationship with Jesus. You can’t do that if you don’t know HIM, and the way you know Him is by reading His word and studying it. Our Bible is the living word of GOD. Trust Him and in Him. He loves you but remember this, “enter by the narrow gate: for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction and there are many who go in by it” Matthew 7:14
I really hope your sons are grown and on their own, because if not, then why are you not raising them? Something is seriously wrong here. And you not being open and honest with us just leaves us to speculate on what we know and see. You can’t blame us for this, you’re the one who started this channel and was supposed to share your life with us honestly. Leaving out a lot just tells me you’re ashamed of those parts. And you should not care about what other ppl think. Only about what God thinks. Ppl are all the same . None of us are any better than the others in Gods eyes. We are all sinners who NEED Jesus more than the very air we breathe . So please be honest and stop caring and worrying what other ppl think . It doesn’t matter. Only God matters.

I was hoping that relationship is OK too (the friend she was renting the room from.) I’ve been in situations where all the sudden something goes LEFT unexpectedly and it’s pack/move etc. It’s hard on so many levels. God certainly seems to like to (often) move fast, quick and in the “Nick of time” as they say, at least in my personal experience. I pray they are both OK. 🤗
