my mother, after I get graduated from university always advised me that "እንደተማረ ባለሙያ ስትሰራ ይህ አይቻልም ወይም አይፈቀድም ብለህ ጉዳዩን እንድዘጋ ወይም እንድትገድል አይደለም። ለዚህማ ጥበቃው ይበቃል አንተ እታስፈልግም። አንተ ምትፈለገው የሞተ ጉድስይ ቢሆን እንኳን ትንሽ እንጥፍጣፊ ህይወት ካለው እንድትዘራበት ነው ትላለች" Iblearned a lot from her advise during my carrier.
Mr. Tamrat, ምርጡ ወንድሜ! I wanted to express my gratitude for the opportunity to listen to you speak. It's rare for me to listen attentively twice, but your words truly captivated me. I admire your determination, management style, and exceptional communication skills, which transcend borders as you conduct business with people from around the globe. Having been in California for over 25 years since I arrived at the age of 19, I've pursued credentials in clinical data management and currently serve as a senior clinical data scientist at the University of California, Davis Medical Center. Inspired by your example, I aspire to apply my expertise in clinical data science to enhance patient care by assisting clinicians in making informed decisions. I hope to have the opportunity to engage with you further and learn from your experiences.
I had the opportunity to meet Ato Tamrat, while discussing the prospects of integrating AI and Chatbot empowered systems and applications into his company's workflow at ICL. I was thoroughly impressed by his intellectual curiosity and passion for embracing new technologies. Despite the complexity of our technical presentation, he demonstrated an exceptional ability to comprehend, communicate, and analyze the information with remarkable speed and depth. Beyond his impressive intellect, he also exudes humility, respectfulness, and a playful spirit. It's truly inspiring to encounter someone with such a unique blend of qualities.
I am very inspired and excited on the personality of Mr. Tamirat and he is very geniune. He is very simple, strategic and distant thinker. Thanks for your time.
Thank you for inviting Mr Tamerat guys. i have captivated a lot today, its now 7:00 Pm local time i can't take my ears & eyes of off him till the end 🙏🙏🙏 ,he is well experienced &well mannered as well. great motivation for me ,this kind of peple needs to get more media platforms they can give you a life long lesson 👏👏👏👏
Tigabu, You don't ask someone's age, as some people don't feel comfortable. You could have asked the same questions in a different manner. Apart from that, great interview. As a lab manager myself, good insight this interview gave me.
For mister Kenean about the machine you want to change from the supplier, the first thing is that Re export the machine before import the new machine. how? fill EX3 Re export declaration to export the machine then attach all documents including previous declaration, agreement to the suppliers, supportive letters and the like. after this, you can export the item easily. when the new machine imported you must fill IM4 Declaration and attach all documents described above. if there is difference in price value you pay the difference amount of tax.

Very articulated man thank you for this podcast but one thing i want say multiple times you sayed " in ethiopa you live with respect and dignity compared to diaspora " this is totally wrong we diaspora sply in United States majority of us why we want ethiopa is not because we don't have life with dignity but the love and the attachment we have with our country is the main drive. so pls correct that narrative labeling us like that i know some diaspora over act as entitled but they are few. as you mentioned many times most the folower of this channel are diaspora just to be mindful other than that i love the podcast you guys communicate with good American corporate language that we can related and understand so keep it up. from Texas diaspora 😂😂😡😡
Towards the end of this interview, the host ask guy ask the guy a very personal question, it seems like one of his employee was sick and he gave her $1 million Ethiopian birr for medical expense. Why does they brought this to this interview? That should be personal very question, not professional question to ask, my opinion.
Not being pedantic here but hey, fix your typos! Don’t tell us you don’t know how to spell laboratory!!! And it’s your big headline for goodness sake!!!!
Evidence based doesn’t mean ordering labs, 😮 It means you follow the most current treatment plan for your patient supported by research and data. Please, correct. A matter of fact you don’t have to order lab for everything. Sometimes we do diagnose and treat based on symptoms. We don’t treat lab result/numbers we treat the patient.
I knew that was used a bit inappropriately in his context. I don’t agree with you that it’s entirely wrong though. For instance the most current research could indicate a newer diagnostic tool to assess a patient more accurately. I agree with you care givers can treat solely based on symptom, history and their own experience but that doesn’t mean they are always right in their diagnosis. I think a physician that uses all accessible diagnostic tools except due to his own financial gain or lack of knowledge is good.
@@samassefa8579 I am just clarifying that ordering lab doesn’t mean evidence based practice as he stated it. Sometimes it has nothing to do with lab. You can say lab results are objective data but doesn’t always mean evidence based practice.
As you know the laboratory diagnosis helps for screening, monitoring, follow up, for dose adjustment, type of treatment for the disease that means it used as evidence-based decision-making for diagnostic and therapeutic methods for most type of the disease rather than clinical symptoms. There are a lot of issues currently in treating a patient by clinical symptoms one of this is Drug resistance which is the big challenge to the world.
