On his journey to become a nutritionist, he sacrificed a lot of time, and energy, to take his exams. There are about 125-145 questions. he also got several degrees after becoming a nutritionist. He had failed, but he kept his spirit and tried and did not forget to learn. Now he passed to become a nutritionist in 2020 and his exam is in July 2020. and he sacrifices a lot of time around 1000 hours to study if there is a chance. in conclusion, he could succeed in becoming a nutritionist because he kept trying even though he had failed. and the countless job offers he got after becoming a nutritionist. she also opens a podcast on how to become a nutritionist.
Kara Halderman. Y’all need to watch her video when you finish this one. She isn’t as biased as I am against the state recommended diet so she is able to explain the difference that the legality binds make on this subject.
very impressive! thanks for the lesson, this is very helpful, now i know about the difference between dietitian and nutritionist, and how to become registered dietitian,That is cool ♡
I guess it's understandable but it's insane that you need continued education credits after 5 OR MORE years of education... You're left with debt and don't even receive financial compensation while doing internships... Not sounding worth it to me one bit.
Mam can I do my bachelor's degree in food science and technology instead of bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics ? Can I continue doing masters in nutrition and dietetics after bachelors degree in food science and technology?
I’m a chiropractor, currently doing a functional medicine masters with nutrition concentration. In Florida If I pass the Diplomate in Clinical Nutrition I can sit for the exam. But from experience are there any reviews of the exam if anything? This is for 2026, but yeah!
Hi hannah All my my life ive eaten way to much except 2 times i have lived with my sister 1st time was a year and the 2nd time was for only 3months i have never felt the confidence i had from living with her since, just wondering can over eating stop you from believing in yourself
Hannah, thank you for this video! I was wondering if you recommend also getting certified via Precision Nutrition? My Kines professor mentioned I should look into it, but wanted an opinion from a professional in the field.
Hannah thank you! My dream is to become a RD though, i am sadly majoring in Exercise Physiology. And about to graduate in 2 semesters. Could I still become a RD?
Heyy current dietetic intern here! You would not be able to apply for an internship without a DPD verification which you get when you complete a bachelors in nutrition/dietetics from an accredited program. As of 2024 you will also need to have a masters before you can even apply for a internship
You could enroll into a (nutrition) masters program that has the courses and internship combined. In order to get into that program you may have to do additional courses due to pre-req differences because of your major
Nope, you must have a bachelors degree (masters degree will be required starting in 2024) and complete a dietetic internship prior to taking the dietitian exam.
Can you imagine going to school for this and not learning about seed oils and how harmful they are ? 😳 Also, you have to go through all that school just to make 68-100k a year 🤣 schools are a joke and a scam!
Now I understand the difference between a dietitian and a nutritionist and how to become a registered dietitian. Thanks for the explanation♡

Does a nutritionist need to get masters and take a RD exam?
also, do you have to have a BA in nutrition? or does it matter the field you graduated in as long as you get the masters to become a dietician
No, I have an undergrad in communication, you just have to take pre requisites that you didn’t take in undergrad to get into the program
What do you mean by 75 credits in 5 years? You have to keep taking classes constantly ??
yes
Good video
