the bass trombone player is killing it but it sounds so empty without double bass doubling it and piano accomp. :(
Sounds off, like something is missing. Mabye the double bass backing up the soloist
or a piano. or the swing. or the overall feeling of jazz.. something to do with those suits

No it’s not spectacular at all. As far as solos go it’s ordinary at best. Anything that Tom kubis has done is way more interesting candidly speaking

Most Brits swing like a rusty gate. They are too locked into strict rhythm of brass bands!
