Watching this video has breathed new life in the love for my 03'. Now I've got some ideas and work to do for mine.
i have the extended cab with the 4.3 v6, k love my truck, i had a 2001 2500 hd with 450k miles onit, original motor but went through 3 tranys before i finally went with jasper, i love how you guys kept it street practical, i live in south Florida and i see lifted trucks with clean shiny wheels all xay long,like bro, get that frickin thing muddy, that's why you bought a 4x4 right? if you want to keep it nice and clean, get a street truck like this one, if you want an off road truck,dont put shiny wheels that your afraid to get dirty on your truck,get it muddy and let that mud cake on there and drive around your town and laugh at all the Sally's with sand in there clits.
I used this video a few years ago.. everything but the tire size works.. my front tires hit the inner fender when you hit a big dip ... bad

Clean!! The 5.3 isn't rare but you probably would find more 4.8s. My W/T package came with a L59 5.3 with a 4L70 which is a nice package for a truck with roll up windows and rubber floors.
Look at the lower control arm Walter. Walter shows the stabilizer bar. Don't be a Walter.

Best looking truck on here so far. Besides the rice tail lights.
The biggest differences about this wheel compared to other OEM replicas is that the outside ring (bead, I'm guessing) stays one solid thickness around the rim (Which I like), whereas the OEM replicas vary thicknesses between the spokes and that annoys me so much.
The other big difference is that this has a smaller center cap than the others, and I wish I knew whether that would would be replaceable. Not to say I don't like it, but for the look I'm going for, I'd rather have a different center cap.

I definitely need to have a totally different set up on mine and it lowered on mine but no one does anything but black trucks mines a blue and I’m just ain’t sure what I should do chrome numbers and wheels and stock lights no tint i got some work to do lol

I found a 2006 std cab 4.3L 2WD Manual. Going to be dumping more $$$ into it.
I have a 2006 regular cab 2wd with only 60,000 km 5.3l
The regular cab short bed 2wd with the 5.3l are pretty rare to find. It took me a while to find my 2010.
My grandfather's giving me an 03 Silverado single cab. All stock with 140k miles! Saved up some money I'm probably going to v8 swap it with a 4/6 drop on 22" U2-55s.
What shocks did you use

I love chevy but ford has their single cabs figured out with that little rear section behind the seats. Brilliant idea, solves all the problems of a single cab. Chevy needs to get on that.

Anyone know what the biggest tire size is that you can go on 4/6 drop with 22s? I’m about to go from 2/4 to 4/6 drop on my 2005 crew cab and I got 285/45/22 on and I’m a little iffy about tire rubbing. Thanks.

When you used the lower control arms did you have any camper issues?
What did the guy do to the rear fenders? Im guessing he rolled that lip. If so do you know how he did it.
The fenders are not rolled, however if it is loaded up and you hit a bump it will rub.
@@CustomOffsetsTV thanks. Im just concerned with the lip that sticks out behind the rear fender. Looks like ill go with the same wheel width and offset and same size tires that your running. Ill grind down the lip a bit if I have to I guess. I dont need no shredded tires lol

Ext cab is better it has more room and you can have your gear covered in the back seat when it rains. Regular cabs suck for tall people like me i need the room. Cool truck though

Sergio R . I Like to lean my seat a little too much. With the extended cab I go all the way back slight lean and still have plenty of room. I think the regular cab trucks look way more sporty but I like the room. I used to own a regular cab a few years ago.
But singlecabs look nicer and im pretty sure this dude didnt want it for work

Id like to know if a 22x9.5 +30 would work with a 4/7 on a 05 rcsb. I'm looking at a set from you guys. Just not sure if it being a 9.5 wide wheel would be a issue??
9.5 might get you to rub just a tad! Shoot us an email or check out our gallery to see what you might need to do to make that fit, weather its with some cutting/trimming or maybe even using spacers could help with that!
