As far as Ag1 goes I know it’s a sponsor and you have to plug it, but you should also mention that anyone who takes any type of blood thinners such as warfarin or Coumadin should not consume AG1 as one of its main ingredients is vitamin k wich is a natural blood thickener or coagulant…. Therefore any Dr. Prescribing blood thinners say” stay away from leafy green foods….AG1 is primarily a leafy green food

Guys I am so happy for you and your new boat. Reily so glad to hear you are finally getting into surfing. Be aware however that if you catch the true surfing fever, it will open a whole new world for you and your family as it did for me and mine. The benefit of that is that it will be all new content for your videos. I've taught surfing for over 50 years now and still look forward to every time I hit the water. You will find yourself charting courses in search for new surf spots, places nobody has access to but you as you travel the oceans. I am truly jealous. A little advise, when you start surfing, I suggest you start with a long board 8' minimum and as you get better progress to smaller boards. Please take lots of videos of you and Elena surfing, I would love it.

Started watching this channel because it was a Caribbean sailing show and I won't lie, I've wondered whether I would stick with it as you've moved away from the region and the cat. But that last bit where you explained your plans for SE Asia and the southern Pacific over the next few years, I can guarantee you I will be be sticking around to watch that because it sounds amazing. Thanks for dragging me away from the Caribbean and exploring this new region of our watery planet. Really looking forward to it.

Joe, I started watching for the sailing. Then covid happened and flipped the world upside down. Since then they have had episodes everywhere. I have since found that I like Riley and Elay at sea, on land, on the frying pan, in the frigid cold, and heck if they went to space..yep you guessed it. Truns out I enjoy watching this family more so than just sailing. How about that

"Caribbean sailing show[s]" are about showing nearly naked women, as a bait, with little or no substance. Elayna's modesty (from the earlier episodes) is gone and she is surely using these tricks as well, thankfully not too often. I also see, as a mother, child neglect, but many would argue is not true. In my opinion they love to sail, their children come second. Mind me, they love their children, yet they are clueless when it comes to a safe, stable and structured environment for the kids. They have zero E M F awareness- electromagnetic exposure on modern sailing vessels is detrimental to anyone's health, who are practically living on boats, kids exposure is manyfold higher due to their small size. Navigation equipment on modern vessels is to blame.

You guys fueled the spark of love and admiration i had for the ocean into something I couldn’t have ever imagined. I’ve fallen in love with sailing, diving and all things water bc of your channel.
On another note, Lenny saying bye to the camera made me realize that while millennials+ have become reliant on phones and screens, these next generations will view cameras/phones/etc. in a completely different light. Instead of seeing a camera, they’ll see an audience (I’m sure as filmmakers, you experience some sense of this already). I’m curious to see what unique views on technology your kids will have given their upbringing. I hope they grow up to realize how lucky they are for having such cool parents!

When I was young, I worked as a deckhand on a private 75’ yacht, which was pretty cool as we went everywhere to fish. Unfortunately, I get motion sickness, so waking up in the morning, I’d run outside, lean over the boat and puke, then I’d have to make breakfast for everyone. Being seasick, and cooking omelets with the eggs rolling back and forth in the pain, then going out to puke again and come back and continue cooking breakfast wasn’t exactly a great experience, but I did it for a couple years.
Anyway, the point of this ling story is, I’m not into sailing. However I live the idea of it which is why your channel caught my interest. I really enjoy watching you guys and can’t wait to see your upcoming adventures in the new boat, especially with the destinations you’ve outlined! 2 World - Brittany, France, Atlantic coast of France, Algeria, Tunisia, Italy, Greece, any part of west cost UK from Shetland to Scilly Is.

Having experienced the 50 now I would honestly keep the accommodation size (sqm of interior volume) steady for that boat and just concentrate on a performance increase for the 60. Its going to be massive and I intend on doing massive things in it.

This is from a chat below and I believe will help sharpen peoples perspectives on offshore cruising.
Calling the Rapido 60 a Ferrari is, and this is in all honesty, one of the worst takes I've heard in a long long time and goes to show you are commenting whilst being either unknowledgeable or at a minimum having expended no mental energy in your choice of analogy. It is obviously much more similar to a well appointed off-road 4WD. Its not a flimsily built speed machine (that is a TP52) it's a world cruising yacht with an unbelievably rugged design.
What the real debate is over is how comfortable can a family be in a durable offroad 4wd vs a bigger, heavier and slower off-road 4WD vs towing around a campervan. Imagine though that you're in the desert and sandstorms can flip your 4wD upside down.

It seems VERY unappealing for a family of 4, plus whatever friends/help is staying with them at the time. A catamaran makes so much more sense. Parents have one side, boys have the other. But instead they swapped out for a smaller boat just because it can go faster. Makes sense when they were just a couple, but it makes zero sense for a family.

I formerly owned an Corsair F31 trimaran. Longest offshore was San Diego to Cabo San Lucas. At one point was about 150 miles offshore surfing 40' wave's was amazing & I agree I wouldn't be taking my family on such a trip. 15 knots is a very sweet spot. 20 becomes stressful after hours of scanning the horizon so you don't hit anything because man you come up on stuff fast. Especially when you're dropping down and surfing on a wave It's thrilling and stressful. I had one other mate onboard. I love Trimarans. They tend to dance on the hook The trick is to rig a jackaline off the arma to the anchor rode creating a bridal like arrangement centering the anchor line between the ama and bow, the boat settles right down. Cheers from Northern California!!!.

Lived in Norther Minnesota, Carmel, California, LA, McAllen, TX and Philadelphia and Dover and Lived in Spain for 3+ years in the early 80's. In Barcelona, meet this guy from South Africa who had a tri hull catamaran, and we would go out on the boat for photoshoots. Now that was fun... The problem was no social media back then.
