You three have earned that boat, y’all are the hardest working couple on UA-cam that buys, repairs, and resells boats. Congratulations. GOD bless y’all.
@@alanaldpal950 I looked back and I see no reason to have been able to bought the trawler either. A few videos with a couple hundred thousand views and those are only the video where he made the thumbnail her in a bikini …..I dont see the earn. If they bought that boat for 300 and the. Did all the updates they’re still at nearly 500. I don’t see it…
@@longsleevethong1457 Well I have only watched a few of their videos, but enough to see that they are pretty hard working “go getters”. If they are “trust fund babies” then I am even more impressed that they are so level headed, and not screwed up like many younger people these days. I would also think there is a reason so many of their viewers/subscribers are posting that they deserve what they have accomplished.
I'm 69 or 70 and watching your videos for so many years and now seeing the rewards that you deserve really makes me feel great. I watch others on youtube but I dislike them because some of them are pretty narcissistic in their comments and behavior, but you two are really a sample to follow consistently and I love the nice personality you two have. God will continue to bless your life forever. Your videos are the best always.
I've been following you all since the Tula days, I am so happy for the both of you and so thankful that you two share your lives with us. I can't wait to see the adventures you'll be bringing us on!
Just seeing the true smiles on your guy's faces is priceless!! You both have worked so hard over all these years! You've sacrificed alot. There are NO 2 people (And Jetty)on UA-cam who have earned what they've gotten than these 3! Many, many, blessings to you guys..Thank You so much for allowing myself and the rest of us to come along on your True Journeys! GOD speed and God Bless you 3!
I am so happy for all 3 of you. You are grafters whose reward is a new Seawind 1170. You earned it fair and squre and I am sure that you will enjoy your new boat to the full. Very well done. From a UK based subscriber
Congrats on your brand new home ! Good to finally see an episode where you two aren't slaving away to a make boat sea-worthy . Love the smiles on you two !
I've been your UA-cam Momma close to the beginning. But I don't say much. This is another marriage. Thanks for making me cry again. 😘 You 3 have the heart and soul of sailing .🩷💙🩷
Well done guys! I just hope Billy doesn’t get bored without all the usual “old boat” projects😂 But seriously, awesome. We’ve followed you guys for years and are so happy your new boat finally, finally arrived!
First, I love the sail with Jetty with a patch over her eye. She is a real pirate doggy. She looks so happy to be on her new home. She seems to know this is the IT boat for you all. I really, love this for you. As I look at this, I am thinking this might be a really good choice for a solo woman to live on. My goal is just coastal sailing, and I am hoping to get on in the silicone valley and as a worst-case scenario Los Angeles. I am a Norcal girl, and anyone who grew up in Norcal knows that the "Devil is from SoCal". LMAO! Seriously though all joking aside, I prefer the colder weather of Norcal. I prefer to be at the beach in sweats than swimming suits. Compared to houses in Cali, this would be a super cheap answer, even brand new it would have a third of the cost of buying a house on land. When I am able to move back home, I am going to seriously look into this for myself. I had been thinking of something more like the last boat you fixed up, but I like sailing.
What an awesome boat! You both must be so happy! Plenty of room on this one. Looking forward in seeing all the places you sail to! Jetty's face on the sail is so cool!
Hi TES from Alberta Canada. Congratulations on taking possession of your new catamaran. Its beautiful the design is amazing seems more like a 52" boat. As per usual you have made many logical and equally important fun choices. I cant think of two harder working and more deserving people. You never whined or bitched about the extended delivery date you were too busy with the $1 trawler project. So well deserved have fun.
Congrats . I don't think I've missed any videos but I'll go back and make sure I'd be interested in seeing you receiving the boat. The process. Paperwork at the Port , any assembly ect
From Adrenaline to this, you basically jumped 40 years of catamaran development, a lot of improvements and design iterations. Looks like a really nice boat.
Congrats Billy & Sierra on your new “home”…it’s truly impressive what you’ve accomplished at such a young age…continued success and looking forward to being part of your upcoming adventures!
Congrats. Happy for you and excited for the Seawind team. Great design and a new factory! Great to see a 40ft cat this nice, for a reasonable price, designed for an owner and not charter.
Fantastic..you guys are really special people and earn everything good in your lives. Congrats to Seawind as well for parterning with you in some meaningful way (hopefully)! Because of you tens of thousands of people are now Seawind fans. Can’t wait for all the new adventures!
Wow, what a boat! Now I want a Seawind even more! I love that galley down and open floor plan of the cockpit into the salon! Hope to see you in the Chesapeake Bay! Let me know if you need a haul out while you are here, my company Annapolis Yacht Services runs the lift operations at Pier 7 Marina right across the creek from the Seawind dealer.
Some of us are interested in the systems, some of us are interested in the sailing capabilities. Almost ALL of us are peanut butter and JEALOUS that you guys get to live aboard such a beautiful boat. Most of us dream about your choice of life, very few of us make it come to fruition.
Beautiful craft! Well deserved by how hard you both work to make your dreams a reality. Jetty is looking very happy with her new home, and that sail is a beautiful tribute to her loyalty and love. I didn't see where the batteries were stored. I agree with the grill assessment, it looks minimal for how many people you could have on board. Hope you have many years of enjoying your beautiful new home. ♥♥♥
Congratulations on the new mama ship, I love the foresail, Jetty has earned her place up front. Wishing you all the best of sailing in the future. Thanks for takin us along for the ride.
Congratulations! You two are such a inspirational couple I have ever wittnessed, I kick myself nearly everyday and especially when watching your YT uploads that I should have experienced the same things at your age, I didn't start untill I was 65. I now I do not have the many opportunities as you, I became a full time liveaboard five years ago today, Billy I need to get a couple types of the long sleeve shirts (windrider style) to protect my skin from the sun, in the past 6 months I had to have 6 (Basal cell Carcinoma) skin spots removed for my forehead, forearm, and shoulders as well as midback on the spine.( this was from years of no protection from the sun when landscaping, my pool relaxing, and the worst the left side of my forehead and arm from driving ! LOL But not from boating or being on the water! It is a bummer that I can't get immersed in seawater! And heat is on the way!
I am an old owner of 1160 no 23, I loved her so much, but then met and sailed with Stuart who was the man who designed the lifting cockpit doors. Together we then lived aboard for five years and sailed N to Lizard each winter, and then in the Sail Indonesia Rally and onward. If he was still alive now I would definitely order the 1170! Enjoy every minute as we did!
So happy for you guys! All of your hard work and patience has payed off! Be careful out on the Big Blue and thanks for the wholesome, fun and Informative entertainment!
Totally awesome. Your excitement is obvious, especially Sierra's.
