Yes I have always wonder will fromsoftware ever give us a new tenchu game. I mean we got a new armored core game which I hear is really good. So I think it time to strike (and I mean a true tenchu game not sekiro, and I am not saying it’s a bad game, though fun fact it was planned as a new tenchu title however)
I gotta be honest. I wasn’t expecting Tesshu’s playthrough to be so good. The story was actually intriguing to follow and the kills were awesome! It’s my favorite run of the game!
You definitely know your way around the game, and play it like it was to be meant.. A couple of notes tho, when walking on water surfaces you can walk holding the R2 button and you won't make any noise instead of crouching. Your jumps and air assassinations need a bit more work and better timing. When pressed behind a wall and an enemy is approaching at you at blank range, hold your stance on the corner and do a double jump then assassinate your target. But overall, I'll give you a B+ ! You're definitely an adept of infiltration and a true ninja/assassin enthusiast! Thanks for your amazing tribute, I hope they'll remake the series!
Love the intro for this game Also. I dunno what it is about the atmosphere of this game it felt creepy or eerie when I played it as a kid lol.. specially the demon/ghost levels...
Life isn't so bad. I wouldn't even want to think about going to my night security job with my wonderful rice ball packed lunch and having to deal with someone REMOVING MY SPINE BONE!!!
Tesshu was always my favourite. For those who don't know, he is pretty much a carbon copy of a character called Baian Fujieda who was played by Ken Watanabe in a samurai TV drama in the early 90s. (Its known as Baian the Assassin in the west)highly recommend the show to any Tenchu fans, its clearly a massive influence on the games.
I didn't expect that 藤枝梅安 Fujieda Baian known in the west. lol If you know about other samurai TV dramas, don't forget ”必殺仕事人” Hissile worker? Baian is one of hissile workers in the series.
Tessu's kills always made me laugh! All of the bone snapping, head turned 180°, Spinal adjustment & the Accupuncture Needle to the back of the head...also ripping the Heart out of your enemies. If timed in a proper location, you see him toss the Heart away after the cut scene.
23:20 the flaw in the writting is how tesshe would know that rikimaru would be in the castle ? rikimaru could be in the azuma ninja village or in any other place doin another mission for his lord.
Dang this was the only tenchu game I ever played. I remember I use to suck at this game as a kid but still loved it regardless and kept coming back for more and eventually getting somewhat far. I hope from software will give a new one or remaster the old titles, considering armored core 6 got made and it’s getting good reviews
Tesshu's Story is way too short! I would like to see more of Muzen and simply more story missions for Tesshu. Way too underrated and Tesshu deserves more love :)

Shinobido Way of the Ninja basically its a clone from Tenchu, but a better version from what I can tell, the vibe and experience from Shinobido Way of the Ninja it's so unique and underrated, in my opinion it's the best Ninja game ever that was creat it, for me personally in Shinobido I feel more like a true ninja, because I can go and play and choose much more type of missions, and your actions are more versatile unlike in Tenchu games where your actions are too liniar and simple, In Shinobido you have more freedom in your actions of the story and the gameplay aspects, the Concept of the fact that you can go and choose so many diverse type of missions and you can extend your way of playing in almost every sense, that's what makes Shinobido In my eyes a much better choice than Tenchu, I don't say that Tenchu is so bad, actually I have all the games of the series, but from my experience on both games, Shinobido will offer a more unique feeling, also try and listen some Soundtracks of Shinobido, the vibe of these soundtracks are so divine, all I can say its that I feel more like a true ninja when I play Shinobido, than when I play Tenchu... I hope you understand my point of view ☯️
@@KennethMoreland doesnt matter tho, i love both games 😆 i just wish there were more stealth-action/ninja relate games. Ghost of tsushima looks pretty good but if you can stealth kill even bosses in some case, that would be really cool 😆

The camera positioning is always the main villain in tenchu games
truer words have never been spoken lol
@berserkerwolf7674 🤣🤣
So are pitfalls
Tell me about it..
Never bothered me.

Sakyo, i'm sending friends to join you. The good lines and the guitar rythm. Hell yeah he looks like a Gentlement
hell yeah. tesshu was my favorite as a kid.
Tesshu Stealth Kills bringing the nightmare scare, especially in X rays screen inside human body.
And his death menu traumatized me when I was a kid back then.
Such an awesome feature

best theme song and game ever
I love this franchise.
This character can make animal voice without item It is very useful for assassination
I swear I miss the shit outta this franchise!!!!!!!!
Tesshu was cool.
The music had me in the zone. 🔥🎶
The way the guards flail around when tesshu grabs them is hilarious 😂
Oh I love this game
Quite dissapointed you didn't use Hell Fist (Circle and Cross together) for battle with Jinnai Ukyo.
My childhood game I love it

3rd punch in standard combo can be charged.. In childhood I’d always use it behind enemies back for make them fly with 3rd punch))
Dr Fujioka in the building!
Love this game
Yes, another one!
Still waiting for a new tenchu game 🙁
How are you playing this? I need to know so I can because they are never going to remake tenchu this looks better than some crappy remake too
emu most likely

It just annoying me when the enemy got alern and you dont use Tesshu special ability R1+ O to making sound of animal to reduce the enemy alernt.😅

good for you
