- Tomatoes 300 onion 300 green chillies 3 os rice 400ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon ( option)cured 1/2 cup (option)salt to taste cinnamon , cardamom , cloves and bayleaves each 2 pieces chili powder 3 teaspoon turmeric powder1/2 teaspoon oil 1round spoon mint leaves 1 handful coriander leaves 1 hadful
