Wow Dennis thank you SO MUCH for documenting our hot rod history here in British Columbia!! I am so blessed and thankful for live here in B.C. and to be involved in the best damn community in the world!
Cars Pull people together! They Make us Smile! They are Fun for a lifetime.
Awesome wheels for awesome thrills. Thank You to ALL the Canadians that made this possible.
The Apache is definitely an historic piece of rolling art and hotrod history in BC. Thanks Dennis! 💥💯
That 5.0 is perfect! So glad not another Chevy. Thank you!
I am NOT a hotrodder or drag racing fan by any means... But this car is _art_ and I love it.
Thank you Dennis for recognizing the significance of Canadian Hot Rod history.
Not only was B.C. a hot bed of Canadian hot rodding but Southern Ontario also had it’s place mainly in the world of drag racing.
Again thank you for shedding light on a seldom recognized contribution of Canadians to hot rodding’s history.
I've followed Old Time Garage's resurrection's of Cort Elliott's Chevy.I was crushed that I couldn't make the trip last summer to see it, and meet Rick from Old Time Garage
I was born in 56 . Love this rod all my life. I could not believe when she appeared again!
That was GREAT Dennis. I'm glad to have gone there and talked with you there. It really was an amazing event. I know most of those people you interviewed, and you picked a fine selection.
Someone below asks about the odd black car seen near the beginning. That was completely custom built by a local guy in the late 50's (As I recall) and not customized off something else.
Not sure how I missed this one. What a great collection of hot rods and awesome event. Thanks Dennis!
Wow!! This is one of your best shows. What heritage. Thanks to everyone.
3 Universal languages everyone can understand. Love, music, and hotrods!
Id say love, music,, and horsepower,, because not everyone knows what kind if car their looking at,, but,, they know what's going on when they hear it running...lol
@@timhouston2408 ain't that the truth once a car nut hears that sound they know what they're dealing with. Lol
Thanks Dennis for covering this Great event...
Beautiful Cars and people ❤️
Dennis. This is the finest My Classic Car episode you and the boys have ever!! Done. And I mean by a long shot. The production, music, editing, interview style. You've outdone yourself.
Thanks!
@@MyClassicCarTV definitely. Of course.
Man, gotta get up that way some time. Such an eclectic collection & history!👍

The blue 55 is so simple it turned out perfect, beautifully clean and smooth !
Oh my goodness! Lace Paint. Really nice Sweet 70s . I miss lace Paint Jobs. That is awesome work.
Most artists have the flair and imagination to build some of the best cars and hot rods.
Another fabulous video from Dennis and MCC.
The 55 is Gorgeous! I Love the Colors are great Taste. The Gold in the Jewelry Box is just awesome!
Thanks for the show Dennis. Yes. it is good to keep history alive.
The green 52 Ford, what a awesome color.

A Gremlin following a Ford GT 40!
So many cool cars.
These are some pretty crazy amazing cars. They should all be hot wheels or modle kits
Man that's Beautiful. Packard rear
Coofffeeeeeeeeeeeeee Time 💀💀💀
I have always Loved the way the exhaust system comes out the sides
Love it when hot rodders actually drive the cars. That's the guys to respect. Trailer queens need not apply :)
I have seen a lot of hot rods but these full fendered cars look unique and very nice.
Surprised they didn't become more popular in the U.S.
Awesome
Awesome collection of cars. Thank you for sharing ❤️🇨🇦
Great episode. Thanks Dennis. Etienne
Etienne, glad you liked it. Oh Canada! 🇨🇦 😁

Hey Cuz ! Lol
I'm surprised, you just don't normally think of Canada as a place you would find Hot Rods.
Yeah, we even have indoor plumbing too 🙄
@@fabrikk60 That just means Canadians recently
installed flush toilets in the outhouse.
West coast
exceleeeeeent !
Hot Wheels premium Canada's best I would collect as hot wheel set premium. Boulevard set.
What else is there to do in the dead of winter?Building a car is better than sitting in a bar.Well, BC winters aren`t that bad.
Man, I really wish building a custom hotrod was still something that was affordable for a regular guy to do. Between high prices and scarce parts, you have to be rich to build something that you can be proud to show. It's a shame, cause I've got some skills in mechanics, auto body, fabrication and I've got a lot of ideas. It would be great to build a car with my son. But I don't have the time, money or space to do it. I'm in my 40's now and I hope that I can have a chance to build at least one custom car before it's too late. I don't even care if it's a show car. I just want something that I can drive around and say that I designed it and built it myself. But for now I'm just hoping that I can find a car for my son to get him involved with the hobby before he starts driving
✌️💕 wunderbare kraftmobile
I kinda thought the tail lights on the '52 Ford Custom were '55 Packard tail lights. Just ask the man that owned one. Me.
Lol like the little Red Wagon. Lol
36:00 minutes of the video: Lorne Kerr looks like he could be Dennis' brother.
2 Kool for skool
Hard to believe that my little Santa Cruz 2.5 turbo is now Faster than a Buick GS. Stock . Its faster than my 68 Torino GT 390 big block!
what was that black car with the crazy roof line, continental trunk bulge, and the big Vauxhall looking front end?
Ditto.
Called Bonaguro Special and completely custom built according to the sign on the dash. i.postimg.cc/CKw6rmvv/IMG-2041.jpg i.postimg.cc/vZFKfQ5w/IMG-2042.jpg i.postimg.cc/fRcrv6vt/IMG-2043.jpg

LAKE PIPES, SIDEWINDERS, ETC. LAKE PIPES WERE LAKE BECAUSE LAKE BUILT THEM. THEY WERE NEVER LAKERS.
A Chevy that looks like a Lincoln or a Plymouth lol.
