I love the chrome and satin on the Fat Boy, and when I get it, I'm replacing all that black stuff on the handle bars with Chrome versions.
I want the hollywood bars on the slim, as well, but I can't find a matching color in chrome.

@@TheMotorcycleMick Yeah I saw those searching a while back, but they don't have the elegance and contrast of the crossbar the way that the Softail slim's does. The Slim's bars look much nicer. What I'm thinking is I'll order them from Harley and then find a paintshop or someone who can chrome them,.
FranBunnyFFXII you could also use vinyl or look up chrome plastidip, but being coated would be the best option

Do you think it’d be okay to plasti dip over a factory painted bike?? The guy who had it before me got pin stripes put on it so I’m probably going to have to take a razor and scrape that ugly stuff off but other than that you think it’ll be fine to plasti dip???
Calabreezy - over the factory paint your good, just make sure it’s super clean id use dawn to clean it then apply. But I think you’ll like the dip on the bike but with the tank keep in mind gas is a solvent just don’t get gas on it and if you do gotta clean it off
Great job, and on a budget! I Plastidipped the chrome tank panel on my Stratoliner a couple of years ago. Massive improvement (not to mention, no more getting blinded when the sun hits it midday!)
