i watched a really indepth experiment with the insoles and the most they did was make a vertical go from 36 to 37 in. But I believe thats from the height since the vktry insoles are thicker than the regular insoles you get with shoes

They dont work dont waste your money
They are expensive … but like I said they feel good but grinding is the key
They don’t automatically make you dunk😂. You have to put in the work to maximize your athleticism. Don’t blame something that is working if you don’t put in the work.
It obviously dont give you 50 inch vert instantly😭
