VKTRY Insoles are a scam! Do t waste your money!!

- VKTRY insoles have been making the rounds on social media. They make the claim that they will increase your vertical jump. There is only one problem….. they don’t do that at all!

Actually when you try that position on 2:59 it looks similar as when (my case) playing soccer yo do certain movement to almost get into that positioning of the body, which looks beneficial in this case for a soccer player. Also, I believe an inch of advantage in soccer can make a difference so for soccer would be good. Do I make sense? What do you think? Thank you!
I mean they’re better than the stock ones you get in any shoe. Do you agree or disagree?
Not really. They hurt my feet a little bit. I couldn’t notice any improvement to my agility, movement or jump.

Not for $150!!!!! I can pick up a super shoe with a carbon plate for $225. A decent shoe is $150. Toss in a $150 and the cost of the shoe is $300. Too expensive!!!!
@@flexvolleyballclub2166 interesting. Idk I kinda like how it make every shoe feels the same since I can switch them out to any of my basketball shoe. I feel more responsive in these compare to others
@@tomcat1319 definitely expensive. I also think it’s preference as well. If you like court feel and feeling low to the ground this helps a lot

i think this insoles it's more from run
They promote different versions for different sports. Mine are the Gold version and they are for volleyball and basketball. They claim that it will increase your jump vertical.
@@flexvolleyballclub2166 So it's all a lie, but they would be better for the race than they made a false advertisement promising things they can't deliver
