- Here's a nice one ... but so let me explain, plyometrics for me are typically one thing: I don't want to put too much load on my joints from stuff like sprinting and full approach jumping ... In other words, I feel healthy enough to max effort jump, just not max effort dunk or full approaches. Still, this is a great workout and hope ya'll can use it to increase your vert and feel bouncier!
