I don't really know what else to say. I think I can let this one speak for itself. It's not a super popular song but it's one near and dear to my heart. I spent the longest time worrying about covering it because it was surprisingly hard to do, constantly changing my mix to belt to head voice... But I guess I pulled it off in the end? Sort of.
This is definitely my go-to "wow I'm really really sad right now and I kind of just want to stare out the window sadly and loathe myself" song. But it also reminds me to take a step back and breathe in a way, I don't know why? (Neru is for I'M FUCKING PISSED AND I WANT TO SLAM A GUITAR DOWN THE NEAREST PERSON'S THROAT)

UPDATE: When I first heard this song, I listened to it daily because it resonated so strongly with my feelings at the time. A year or so later, I can honestly say I can't relate to it anymore . Despite how much I love it, mostly because of Oktavia's amazing voice, I've managed to puck myself up and move forward from my depression, bit by bit. Thank you!

I wish I could formulate the words to express how I'm feeling right now. After hearing this song, I stare blankly at my screen, almost emotionless...But what else can I do? This song relates to my entire past and my struggle of living and wanting something so deep but so far fetched and impossible -- But things are so much better now, I mustn't throw myself backwards in my head. Even if it feels right, its so wrong. Its amazing how easy it is to give up and take yourself back to when you felt disparity...Can anyone else relate or nah?

This song perfectly describes every thought and feeling I've had about myself. I'd never thought I find a song like that but now I feel a little relieved that my feelings have been put into words
You know. I'm glad that this song found me. I feel the emotions that the lyrics state. I feel like I'm a ghost, even though I have friends they don't talk to me unless I talk to them. And even then I can barely say what I want. I desperately want to scream "I'm here" but if I do everyone just will roll their eyes. I am different and that's the only thing that they see. So if I say something that they don't see they turn it down and I am thrown back into the shadows. I don't understand it and I'm trying to walk through everything. What's the point I'll say but I am screaming trying to let them know.

God, I'm almost in tears. I heard this song from Hazuki's channel, and the lyrics really hit me hard. And I felt them so much that I just... hated this song. I've never felt like this toward music before, mostly because it's always been my escape, no matter how sad the lyrics were. But listening to it again, with your lyrics and voice, I've found I can stand to listen to it. It was never for any musical reason. I just couldn't stand this song. My very being rejected it.

I've returned to this song a lot ever since you released this cover. It was my go-to "vent" song about depression for a few years, and helped me feel less alone for my struggles. I really appreciate how much power you include in your singing; I feel like sadness is often portrayed as a quiet thing, but it's often loud and powerful, with self-hatred being the peak of a internal rage no one outside of your mind can hear. Your cover portrays that in a way most don't, and that's why they mean a lot me, and to others too I think.

I still revisit this cover time from time, since its release.
I remember when it was released, I would listen to this and hide in a corner and cry.
I would often give myself a timeframe, to be depressed.
Just a short, moment to get a peace of mind, just to let me vent out my frustation, my desperation.
I needed to cry my heart out, even if there isn't anyone hearing me.
It gave me hope to keep going, to keep trying, and keep on living.
I survived, I might not have accomplished much in these years, but I am still here.
You see, life can be really hard, it can be really sad, and you might feel like giving up and ending it all.
But it would be nice if you, who is reading this comment and listening to this cover, do me a favour and keep on trying, keep on going, and not give up.
