thank you i love the last part of the baby talking to you, babies are funny and your professionalism and knowledge was helpful.
I always use the Korean oil. Strong nutty flavou with a lovely toasted smell. It comes in a yellow tin. I'm Jamaican 😊
Great tip. I've bought many different kinds over the years and didn't know this.
That breakfast idea sounds awesome. Plus I cook bacon at work in a special manner, imma whip some sesame oil on it next time.
Keep going with ingredients n how you use them. I like that kinda thing!
In fact, I will share one with you. Buy a pineapple, peel, cut in half, slather with butter, pack brown sugar around it, n bake it at 320°f.
Very good to puree` or serve over ice cream 😀
Thank you for your advice and sharing this important info
and your egg suggestion. ☆
Some very useful info I have not found elsewhere.
Ty for shearing. I love sesame seed oil.
This is excellent information. Any asian ingredients you can explain will be helpful for me.
Great video thanks. I'm using both 'Pure Black' and Pure Sesame Oil from Lee Kum Kee, both exceptionally flavourful, but the dark has significantly more depth, slightly more pungent but still strong nutty banknotes.
Is it supposed to have a burnt seed smell
ive purchased white sesame oil in the store and it tastes more like peanut oil. Does that mean its low qulity? But the black sesame oil is soooo good!
Great explanation.
Thank you. Very nice!
Do you know how tô use blended sesame oil?! Because i also bought it because of the very cheap price.
Hi. Thanks for the video. Which sesame oil is better for steaming? Thank you very mu H.
Thank you so very much for telling me what’s a very good sesame oil. That’s very helpful the 2 you posted is available at amazon. Was their another oil ?
Yup you can try these 2. Those 2 I could find in my Asian grocery but they are good.
Do you know any good sesame oils that are not toasted ? Thanks
Thank you so much
Thank you!
Can you sauté vegetables in sesame oil?
Do you like to use sesame oil that's not roasted?
I find the 'Oh Aik Guan' brand 100% Pure (Roasted) Sesame Oil also quite good for its aroma. Just sharing this info.
Thanks for sharing! Will try it.
Hi, I’m surprised no Japanese brands. I use Kadoya, Kuki and Hojun which is super good.
Thanks for sharing. Heard Japanese brands are good too. Will try them out !
thank you
Thank you
Can it also be used for massage? 🤔
Here's another for you, 'velviting'/marinating meat. When to use bicarb vs cornflour vs egg white vs shaohsing vs different meats. Thanks. Maybe you've covered it?
I have a video on how to tenderise beef for stir fry. Will work on a video re Shaoxing wine
@@FlyingChopsticks ok that's GREAT and thanks. I think I've seen it but have a feeling it doesn't explain when to use which technique, or maybe they are interchangeable? Will watch again.
Do you mean on different meat like chicken or pork ? I may work on it. Thanks!
@@FlyingChopsticks exactly. I never know which to use, bicarb or egg whites, shaoxing, cornflour or lemon. I think Shaoxing is common for pork?
Hi! I follow you in IG and am wondering where you might have a recipe for mustard sauce. I think I saw one :) but have been looking at a lot of yumminess of your vids and don't recall where
Sorry I don’t have a specific mustard sauce recipe
