I have been listening to Dr Joe Dispenza for the last 8 months and I have completely changed my life around. I don't even remember the last time I was angry with anything or anyone. It's been a long journey and a lot of work, but my energy and my old self has completely disappeared. I am no longer who I used to be and I am so grateful and so ready to help as many people as I can with this new knowledge. Lets go.. what do you have to loose?

I’m so glad I was recommended Joe, it is life changing, I’m still in the beginning process but I no longer get as angry or frustrated as I used to, I understand life a bit better and my understanding for people has improved so much. I’m so grateful for his teachings and the person I’m becoming because of them. I’m so glad you are learning from it, we need better humans on this earth.

      Nice!
The Bible talks so much about the heart.
Nice to have empirically based data support the intuitions that many of us already have had.
Nice to have views expressed in a calm non excited state.
I do not prefer to hear 😕 preachers trying to whip people into an emotional frenetic hypnotic state.
This is much more in tune with my personal frequency.

    MY NOTES FROM THIS PODCAST:
2:45 when you understand what you are doing and why, then the how gets easier.
4:10 when you say (i am really upset because of this person/situation) then understand that somebody out there is controlling the way i am feeling/thinking, you became a victim to whoever/whatever that is.
32:14 Universe only gives us what we think we are worthy of receiving.

You can and will change following him and his work. Be as consistent as possible. When you don't feel like doing his meditation, keep doing it any way. When you don't see results, don't worry, keep going anyway. The animal wants to remain in control and it may feel uncomfortable. If you feel uncomfortable because of your meditations that's a good sign. You can and will do it just by doing the work (not quiting)

For many people it takes hitting rock bottom to finally wake up and realize that what they have been doing their entire life isn't working. It's what shakes them to finally see that something needs to change. If people had this knowledge sooner, hitting rock bottom wouldn't be necessary, people could skip the terrible pain that comes with getting so low. I am that person who had to learn the hard way. I know now that my thoughts, personality, and my suffering isn't fixed and that I have control of what happens in my life simply by taking control of my own mind. It takes discipline and real commitment but it is possible to create a better life for yourself.

    • @JoshAngel
      @JoshAngel 4 роки тому +1

Anna Winek there was a turning point in my life where what I was told of my father and the actual reality were not the same.
I was told my entire life that my father didn’t care about me at all.
Then I was given a huge stack of hand written letters (front and back) that were written to me from my father when I was just a couple years old.
After that, I decided it was time to not only forgive but to seek him out to repair and begin a new fresh relationship.
We finally met when I was 22 (I’m 30 now) and things were seemingly going great.
I have forgiven everything and just wanted my dad in my life ya know?
A month later I accepted Islam.
I’ve maybe talked to him 5 times since.
He didn’t want a relationship after I accepted Islam.
      I still forgive him.
But in all honesty it’s a constant, daily conscious effort not to allow myself to fall into the same traps with my own children
even though I’m here with them, but am I really present?
And if you aren’t present, a “body” in the room won’t remove the same feeling I had towards my father who wasn’t around.
Hope that makes sense lol, and sorry for the long reply.
I’ve never been able to say yes or no lol

This is one of the best interviews I've ever seen with Joe. His dialogue is dynamite. I've been around myself and had already come to many of the same conclusions as Joe and others. Years ago, I was guided to stop reading others works and concentrate on my own approach. I did that. But Joe's approach is virtually identical to mine with better scientific wording, explanation and clarity. So I'm breaking my own old rule and will incorporate his understandings into my own direct experiential and mystical approach. What a gift all of this work really is. Appreciate you.

i love this. I have just found myself doing a full circle - lost my focus and focused on everyone else and my emotional state of old wiring can take over - change is hard! the conscious becomes unconscious when triggered i feel i have been type rope walking between two realties - the new reality feels hardcore - especially when you have always been a people pleaser/co-dependent. The guilt of hurting someone else rather than pleasing myself has been the hardest and is still! the body becomes stuck and paralysed and the mind is saying go go go go.... love and blessings to everyone on the journey! x

First, Thank you both for sharing your insights. I can validate that it is frequently out of our most traumatic or chaotic situations that change comes about because when these events happen we outwardly work to make sense or bring order into our lives. So, outwardly we are already living a change. It’s the perception of the change that determines the overall growth or lack there of. I experienced the deterioration of a 25 year marriage which resulted in uncovering some very surreal experiences in which I would never have believed my spouse would morally do. However, it was the realization that I was equally guilty simply by thoughts. I realized that there truly isn’t one situation which carries any weight, it’s the amount of energy we give to it through negative emotions. Divorce is the second most stressful event in a persons life. The one most ultimate trait that I have always consciously known is my ability to be open minded, to see from various perspectives that enabled me to embrace the experience as positively as I knew how. It wasn’t always consistent because I didn’t even realize exactly what was happening but I knew enough that what we label as bad can be good too. I began to see an increase in my self worth, happiness, and love.Because of my pervasive curiosity of life, I was already prepared on many levels to be comfortable in the unknown. I developed a more solid vision of who I fundamentally wanted to be, not based on career titles or social labels but on that level that I am at peace with because by examining and questioning life, essentially I was questioning myself. I didn’t have all the tools I needed though. I was making progress, falling off, getting back up,but I have delved deeper and deeper into seeking being a person of abundant unconditional love. I was/am already experiencing synchronicity. In everyday simple life I see where there is great significance and I find I’m most contemplative while in motion or doing tasks that require very little focus and I’m watchful of my emotions and thought so they don’t get attached to whatever task I may be performing. I am going to incorporate your suggestions hoping to see even greater, perhaps faster results. I can’t remember exactly where I read this but it’s a common thread among great religions that suffering is often necessary and it is because pain motivates us to find comfort and if we do not have significant suffering externally we will subconsciously create it for ourselves because the spirit or our essence or however anyone wants to label it, is always seeking growth towards higher vibrational energy fields, similar to a flower or plant which grows in the direction of where the strongest amount of light comes through a window.
