Fun fact :
There's a cut car in TXR3, the car is RUF CTR. The only way to drive that car is by using cheat engine
Besides licensing, I don't get why they cut it, it would've been a better choice for ZERO than an AE82
There are also two cut cars which are the Peugeot 206 and the 406.

Still my favorite intro from this series of games. Followed by TXRD2. I still haven't been able to complete this title due to that infamous bug/error the creators made with one of the rivals requirements. The 100,000,000CP requirement......
I think Txrd2 tops is in all ways, just my opinion, and quite biased 😂 man I’m just so in love with txrd2’s intro, so much nostalgia

The music and cars in this game never disappoint me. Such a rare game from the Tuner Era in 2003 and I’m lucky I have 2 copy’s, a sealed and a CD only copy. ^_^

the soundtrack is fire, im pretty sure whoever makes it have a great time.
Things to say about the game:
1. Car pack is amazing and big, unlike most modern games
2. Some bosses are incredibly OP like Dejected Angel - the freaking first Tokyo boss, who you can't beat on straight and can only hope that he will crash, but even if he does it - bots have second breath in this game when they about to lose aka rubberband bs
3. Game is fun but gets so repetitive over times tbh...yeah sure you can tune and customize your car, but still, all you do is highway races and avoid uellow busses, which are for some reason the only trafic in game
4. There is a bug in US version which won't allow you to get incredible amount of money you need if you want to complete game on 100%, I don't remember thia dude name but requiremens for him is a yoke. Actually I read wiki abour list of things you need to do to call some of the bosses and I was like WTF? Seriously? For example, you need to buy all nissan fairladys models in chronogical order to get another dude, and problem is...there's only 5 car slots in game, which means you have to SELL ALL YOUR CARS JUST FOR ONE GUY
5. Game mechanichs are weird but intresting at the same time, you have multiplier for wins but problem is that over night you have 3 resources on your car which you have to watch dangerously: tyres, oil and water. If you heat up your oil and water max speed will fall down heavily, but you can reset these in pits, but tyres...they are the biggest pain in the ass for me in this game, becuse at the point when you get max multiplier x20 your tyres will be probably gone and you can't reset their condition during night even by changing them, and with losing just one race after that resets credits multiplier back to x1, so that means any fail in fights will be fatal
I thought there would be a tyre wear mechanic in game. Explains how I'd keep spinning out the Pantera despite taking the corners in the exact same way...

@@nickharper3137 it starts to degrade once you race 5x. Once you’ve raced 10x, you’ll start to slide on every corner you take. If you have an AWD car, you won’t really notice until you’ve raced about 15x. Your tires’ worse condition is after you’ve raced 20x, it can’t go worse after that. If you have an AWD car with an engine swap, it shouldn’t be an issue tho 😂

Man seeing the West Corvette and MCR34 reminds me of a Corvette C4 ZR1 sold by West Garage for 5k (if you can import one) and MCR sells beater but fully-documented GT-R starting from 7k.

Btw my friend ended this game after deling with Dejected Agnel lol, uh...it'a a shame thar most memed cars for now are the yellow evo and gt40, when at the same time almost all TXR 3 bosses can beat you up, especially tokyo ones, I remember that I couldn't win against RX-7 FC while being on fully maxed supra.and that ridicilous, because I actually choosed this car at the beginning of the game and this choice was kinda...not that good tbh

When you just started the game, there were only 6 brands available. To unlock more brands (and also new cars), you have to progress through the career

honda hates street racing at that time, hence there are no hondas in this game (previous txr games got tons of them because they don't use license back then)
It's because the Honda cars were removed, so the developers need to avoid getting sued.
