We did it again yesterday, I've eat more crawfish this year than I've eat in years.
When I lived in NC while in the Marines I ate a lot of crawfish. It also seemed like every weekend someone was hosting a pig pickin. I ate enough pork and crawfish up there to last a lifetime.
I'm not a crawfish cooker myself but I've been involved in a few over the years.
I really never cared that much for them up until the last few years I eat more and more.
