I’m simply in love! Didn’t need a new hobby but what’s one more ? :)
ALWAYS space for new hobbies
great tutorials, greetings from a fellow book binder
Thank you for creating this step by step, I’ve been wanting to try this for so long but have been intimidated by the process!
You are off to a great start, and I am interested to see where you take this channel. Will you go into creating and sewing signatures?
Also, will heating up the spine with a hairdryer make it easier to remove the old cover?
They don't actually bind books on this channel, they just replace the cover. I was disappointed when I realized :/
How did you make the head and ends bends?
Where do you get your mull from? Is it better than using something like cheesecloth?❤
Wait..are end papers only attached to the text block by a 1cm strip of glue?
This makes me feel delusional. Like... is this my next hyper fixation?
